This company's """"Supervisor"""" rodney is completely disrespectful and out of line in the way he talks and approaches interactions. He has absolutely no people skills. Having to do business through him was more than enough reason for me to NEVER conduct business with this organization ever again.

I called Coastal Plumbing to unblock a toilet. The technician, Ken, arrived and completed the task perfectly. He wore booties and a mask indoors, cleaned up after himself and explained the process. He was most professional and courteous. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I'll only be using them in future, even if I have to wait for an appointment.

Needed a plumber for some work, and from their reviews and website, this company fit the bill. Unfortunately, when I called, they said they weren't taking any new customers at this time. It appears they aren't as advertised, and I would definitely advise against even contacting them. Maybe they should take their website down, or a big sign that says """"We don't need anymore clients, go elsewhere"""". Very disappointing.!!!!

We just has some plumbing work done at our house and used Coastal Plumbing. Dean was an outstanding professional who did excellent work at a reasonable price. The company called to let us know he was on his way and they were also professional. I highly recommend Dean at Coastal Plumbing and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I'm new to Naples and needed three bathrooms faucets replaced. I called them for service and they came the next day first thing in the morning. The technician arrived with a mask and place booties on his feet. He completed the job in a short time and explained everything he did. I ask for the bill and told me I would be billed. I was pleasantly happy with the bill munch lower then I expected. Now that doesn't happen often I found in Naples. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. If you use them I'm sure you will be happy as I am
