Coastal Plumbing's Bob Sankey is a capable, honest and likable appliance repair guy. Bob came out to look at our leaking fridge and did a thorough diagnostics check. He determined that the system electronics was shorted and not working correctly as well as a problem with the ice maker/water dispenser. When we discussed the possibilities of repair versus a new purchase, he gave us all the alternatives and options. His help was invaluable in our making the decision to replace our old unit with a new one. His charge for the diagnostics was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to use Coastal Plumbing again should the need arise.

This review is solely based on the woman at the front desk. The rudest person I have ever come across in my life. She yelled at my 7 year old daughter for picking up a rock and a piece of dirt out in front of the office! I would never in my life recommend someone to this business solely for the fact that they had the nerve to yell at a child over a rock and dirt! I am appalled! If this particular woman happens to read this, you should be highly ashamed of yourself!

Sudden leak inside the wall behind the water heater, on a Saturday evening no less. Turned out cap from an old reroute was breaking down. Mark was out within an hour, fixed everything, explained everything, cleaned up, and was cheerful to boot, even though he hadn't yet had his dinner. Great service.

I have used Coastal several times in the past 5 years and they are always quick to respond and fix any issue I have. I am very happy with the service and the technicians. They techs are very polite and helpful and clean up after themselves, which is really nice. Owners are nice and prices are reasonable.

Since COASTAL PLUMBING INC refused a beyond generous settlement offer to pay for PARTS ONLY. TWO failed installations to state code that caused over $50,000 damage in the timeline below and phone calls to COASTAL PLUMBING on Dec 17, 18, 19 and 20. COASTAL PLUMBING INC and SYSTEMATIC NATIONAL COLLECTIONS have until 18 JAN 2019 to remove ALL negative information or Wounded Warrior will be forced to serve both companies for FRAUD. Eric from Coastal Plumbing is just wonderful! He helped us with more than 3-4 times now over the last couple of years, with a water heater installation to changing toilets, and a new vanity/faucet installation. I previously had very bad experiences with plumbers, being charged a lot for a small work, and had another one who quoted me double of what Coastal Plumbing charged me. So glad to finally find this company and Eric. Coastal Plumbing's pricing is extremely fair, and I highly recommend Eric for any plumbing work!

I highly recommend Eric Gronofsky for any plumbing issue. I have had several recent plumbing emergencies, and each issue was resolved successfully in a prompt,efficient,and courteous way. Eric is extremely honest in accessing the problem as well as in estimating the cost. I am aware that there are many plumbing companies to choose from,but I am completely satisfied with Coastal, and would always insist that Eric be assigned to resolve plumbing issues.

Inflated billing.

I've used Coastal Plumbing several times over the years, and have referred them as well. Recently I called them to address a leak from an unknown source near my washer. (My home is now a rental.) Coastal Plumbing was there quickly, gave a verbal estimate of $200-$300 to my renter, which I authorized. The final bill was almost $500. I expressed my concern over the cost and requested a detailed invoice from their office, which initiated an immediate goodwill $25 reduction. I got the detailed invoice, which showed 4 hours of labor. Per my calculations, the plumber was there 2.5 hours, which included the plumber's parts run to Home Depot. I called one of Coastal's managers and explained my issue, even stating I had a completion of work voicemail from his plumber time stamped 2:15...yet the invoice showed a 3:30 completion time. The manager gave me a $100 credit, but didn't seemed concerned about the false billing/ billing error. He was definitely more interested in my going away.

I won't be using Coastal again. It's a shame...they've been in the up-and-up before this.

I have used coastal plumbing 4 different times . Each time they have been fantastic! They are FAIR in prices and knowledgeable. Our first job was out of their scope, & they helped us find the right company to solve the problem The last time they were here they estimated the solution xxx amount -- it turned out to be a bigger problem then what they expected even having the owner coming out 2 times to get a different set of eyes on the problem . They stood behind their estimate with just a small amount adjustment which was fair. In a heart beat we would use Coastal Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. .

Coastal Plumbing did exactly what they were supposed to do! Showed up promptly, came when expected, fixed my malfunctioning toilet in 15 minutes, was reasonably priced and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need! Thanks, Bill!
