Back in January, I started smelling propane and wondered if I had a leak. I called Coastal Plumbing and spoke with David Berber and explained the problem. He was able to come out the next day to assess the situation. I had a leak at the propane tank and in the line. He fully explained what was needed to be done to repair and was able to start the work immediately. I appreciated his promptness since the propane is mainly used for heat. Daniel also assisted with the repairs. David and Daniel worked with the propane company to have repairs completed in time for the new propane tank to be placed. Work was done in a professional and timely manner. The final cost matched the estimate they gave me. Extra bonus my propane usage has went down significantly over the last few months. Kudos to David and Daniel for doing exceptional work.

This is the 2nd time we used Coastal Plumbing. Kip helped us with our bathroom remodel and did a great job on our plumbing for the new shower. Most recently I had an emergency hot water heater leak and called Kip and Michell and they responded promptly and did a great job. I highly recommend Coastal Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! I had a slab leak at my house late afternoon on Easter Sunday and I called Coastal Plumbing. They called back immediately and the owner came out Monday to assess the situation. We were scheduled the next day to reroute the hot water pipes. Tom and Daniel were done and cleaned up by noon with minimal dry wall repair needed. They did a fantastic job. I've used Coastal Plumbing for over 15 years and can't imagine using anyone else. It's great to know a good plumber you trust and that has such a friendly, skilled and professional crew.

I used Coastal plumbing 8 years ago for a new water heater . So when my heater broke on Saturday I called them again . Michelle was great she told me that the distribution center was closed but she would have someone come out Monday morning to replace it . Mark came out on Monday and he was terrific. He replaced the water heater than checker the water pressure and discovered that it was way to high and needed a new regulator. He showed my husband how to check it now and than . He was also nice enough to check our two sink stoppers that weren't working . I would definitely, definitely use them again Oh and when we tried another company on Saturday their cost was TWICE what we were quoted .

Had a pinhole leak in a pipe. Called coastal plumbing as referred by my neighbor. David Berber was quick on the job and did a great job. Lo and behold the water heater went the next day . David was back checked it out and just installed a new hot water heater. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Highly recommended.

I have relied on Coastal Plumbing for many years now for timely, knowledgeable and professional service. I have recommend them on behalf of clients and used them on my personal properties. Work that has included: water heater replacement, fixture replacement, valves, pressure regulators, re-pipes...to name a few off the top of my head.

I started working with Kip years ago, as he was the only plumber in town that could figure out why a loud ""clanging"" was originating inside an older, foreclosed, vacant home in Vista, CA. Suggestions from other plumbers involved extensive and expensive solutions that were not necessary or needed. (*Kip figured out the clanging was from a change in pressure inside the home, from the automatic fill outside to the pool...genius.)

Today, I worked with David Berber to replace a set of shower fixtures (trim work) in an upstairs bathroom. David worked through the challenges, cleaned up the work and was courteous from start to finish. I so appreciate the continued excellent service I have received today from David...and as always Thank You Kip and the rest of the team at Coastal.

David Came out on behalf of my HOA last minute to take care of a plugged drain, upstairs neighbor clogged the shared wall drain. On time, very friendly and a pleasure to work with, took the time to make sure that the clog was completely taken care of and cleaned up better than when he arrived. Stellar customer service, and I've been in the industry for over 10 years. I will make sure to ask for David if I have any further plumbing issues! Thank you!

I called on a Wednesday asking about installing a new shower fixture. They got me an appointment for two days later.

David, the plumber who did the work was very friendly, knowledgeable and did very neat work. He cleaned up after and you wouldn't even have known he was there except for my shiny new hardware.

I'd recommend Coastal Plumbing and will use them again in the future.
