I was helping a senior couple as a caregiver and noticed that the toilet had become loose at the flange. The toilet had to be removed, a new gasket replaced and maybe some new connection hardware.

We called and Ken the owner picked up the call, it was a Friday morning. I explained the situation and he patiently listened as I described what may need to be completed. He gave a fair quote and we scheduled service for Monday morning.

Monday comes around and Ken and his son Ken were there, right on time. He had a great personality, not your typical Grumpkin. They came in and were very careful with all the trinkets and doo-dads around the toilet and in the bathroom. He noticed the shut off on the floor was not working and mentioned it could be replaced in the future, there was no high pressure up-sell. He simply shut the water off in the basement. He completed the service perfectly and professionally.

The price he quoted is what he charged, excellent experience and very highly recommended. I found him here on Yelp! Thanks Ken & Ken :)

Do not hire this individual for work. I hired ken to replace water shut offs in my condo. We spoke several times and confirmed the appointment via text and via phone call. On the day of the job he called and said he would be late, then he ghosted me u til I called him to check his status. He claimed his other job went over and he couldn't make it after me waiting for a several hours. The job required me to contact my condo board and neighbors as water would be shut off. My condo is currently a mess as i had moved appliances and cleared out spaces for him to work. I took the day off work to be ready for him to work. After he cancelled I asked him to come he next day and he said he was busy until Friday afternoon (today is Tuesday). I find it highly unlikely that he will come on Friday afternoon and I don't understand why he has rudely inconvenienced me and skipped out on the job. I do not recommend this individual he is rude and unreliable. If I could give 0 stars I would honestly this individual has pissed me off.

Ken and his son installed a gas water heater in a prompt and professional manner. His price was fair and installation was neatly done. They even redid sloppy plumbing done by a previous plumber. Ken was easy to work with and made helpful recommendations. I would definitely call him for future plumbing projects.

I called him when my water heater was going 930 pm and he was very professional and i was very pleased when i choose his company .I sent him some pictures he quoted me final number (very fair when i shopped around).I said lets get it done and he came in and did the job next day by noon .I have changed out maybe 8 water heaters over my life and this one was the most seamless and would recommend ken for any plumbing needs

This is a great company. I recommend them so highly for quality of work, amazing communication, work ethic, reliability, professionalism, honesty and fairness in cost. This company checks all the boxes for me and they will be my go-to for all future plumbing and heating work. It's not an exaggeration.

I needed a new hot water heater install. It's not an easy job as the hot water heater was jammed in a utility closet in my condo and the heating and AC air handler sits right against it. Ken and his son figured out how to get it done within the initial quote provided, even though they also had to move other things around to accomplish the install.

Other plumbers quoted several thousand dollars and Ken got it done for a fraction of the cost. I should note that my dad is a retired plumber and he and I installed the previous hot water heater. My Dad saw the work Ken did and raved about the quality.

Don't bother calling anyone else if you need a hot water heater install.

We had two hot water heaters that needed replacing. I called him on Sunday afternoon we agreed to a price and time. They showed up on time. (Which is unusual for contractors.) They did an excellent timely job, cleaned up. I would highly recommend them.

Ken from coastal plumbing was fantastic! We had a bad leak on a Saturday afternoon during the holidays and he came and figured it out and solved the problem! Amazingly affordable. And just a pleasure to work with. Couldn't be happier!

Ken gives good plumbing service at a reasonable rate.

We needed a plumbing fixture and he went to Home Depot and waited in line to buy it. It was just a common rubber stopper but he took a lot of time to help us. He did not charge a lot of money to do the repair we needed given the time he spent. He also did a good job in unclogging our sink.

With the aging condominium that we live in and things that usually go wrong, you are assured to get good service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.
