Been using this company for several years. First for a repair of our irrigation system, now for quarterly maintenance. We have more efficient irrigation, with less water waste, and repairs get noticed and addressed before they snowball into huge issues. I noticed one section of sprinklers running constantly a few weeks ago. Kelly was out within a few hours to fix it, and was able to determine it was due to debris clogging the line. We also used them a couple years ago to install a drainage system on our property. We had a lot of problems moving water fast enough through the lanai drains, and away from our foundation and low lying area between our house and neighboring houses. It was like a swamp in the summertime. They were great about working with us to find the best solution to the problems. It's made a big difference.

Always a little hesitant when choosing a contractor out of thin air. Yelp reviews looked good so I called Coastal for repair of our sprinklers due to hurricane damage. Appointment was made for next day, Chris arrived on time and started the system to diagnose the problem. He checked every station, made some recommendations and then fixed a broken water line in one station and replaced 3 sprinkler heads. Pricing was reasonable and Chris was very quick and professional. I will most definitely have them back out to make a few changes to the system to improve water coverage and efficiency. I see that Coastal also does outdoor lighting so I will also have them out to light up the outside of the house. Thank you Chris, you were great.

Tech was on time, listened to what I wanted to accomplish, analyzed my sprinkler system, made recommendations and on my authorization implemented them. Excellent value and I hired them for semi-annual maintenance.

Coastal did my landscape lights...... from beginning to end I was super satisfied... Chad was great and they gave us a great price.... the installers were professional and very accommodating... answered all our questions and concerns.... would definitely recommend them.

$80 an hour should get top quality service, but they diagnosed that I needed a new 4 zone valve for $200 parts and a separate trip for another $80 or so to fix it. A local handyman put in a $.79 O ring and it is now fine. Plus the timer wan't set. They did do a nice job of cleaning the grass away from the sprinklers and replacing two sprinklers for an $28 each plus the labor. When asked where I could get extra pegs for the timer, he didn't know, but the handyman found them where he said most guys put them. In the box with the timer.

I have done business with these people for several years. They have put in a new irrigation system for me and maintained it for about a year. I have had nothing but trouble with this system since it was installed. I have dealt with many employees of this company and to be honest most of them were rude and arrogant. I am now in the process of calling another company to try and fix the many mistakes they have made. Also pump system went out in 16 months. Every time you call them better have your checkbook ready even if you think it is under warranty.

As many contractors that we've made appointments with here in Cape Coral, we've been disappointed in how many have stood us up. Coastal Irrigation (and Rob) stands out as being the most dependable contractor we've talked to. They came when they said they would, gave us a price... then installed when they said they would on the agreed upon price. They got here early and worked hard all day. We were very impressed with the work and the technicians. I would highly recommend Coastal to anyone interested in an irrigation system! We definitely plan to utilize their maintenance plan as well.

It's important to post honest reviews and experiences in order to assist consumers in selecting business for their household/lawn care needs. Please read my experience first! My husband and I were wanting to add sprinkler heads in the front yard, so we called Coastal Irrigation. We utilized them in the past however, this tech, Chris, was new to us. I must mention first that my husband and I have weekly lawn service, had our lawn professionally landscaped, and I'm out weekly picking up after my 2-40 pounds dogs. This tech, Chris, leaves me a note that my husband and I need to pick up our back yard. Too much dog poop! I was appalled by this note! I immediately checked to see what in the world he was talking about and scooped up '3' little stool piles in my backyard. How dare he make it sound like my yard was a fecal disaster! I called this tech and told him I thought his note was rude AND he hung up on me! My theory was is this-he just didn't want to do the job and made up an excuse that attacked us as responsible homeowners. The owner Rob did apologize for his techs unprofessional behavior but that was it. I requested the Tech apologize and I did not receive one. I would NOT recommend Coastal Irrigation and have no further plans to use them in the future. Thank you for allowing me to share. I thought it was important to post in order to spare other homeowners from this frustration experience.
