Ryan, a service tech, was supposed to come clean and check/turn on my outdoor lights between the hours of 9 am - 2pm. He called and left a message at 7:15 am stating he would be here in 15 min. So he shows up at 7:30 am. Then he turned on my lights and quickly cleaned my lenses. He didn't even bother to clean the fixture. I asked him to dig one (1) wire which was exposed and he just covered it up with my rocks. Needless to say I am canceling their Lighting System Maintenance service. Oh, and the kicker was when I received a call from Joy this morning after I left a message with their answering service, because their office does not open till 8 am, she was trying to imply that I owed them another $90 for todays service.
