Terrible experience with Muller, took three attempts to have someone come over and give us an estimate on a new heating system, was told owner would come over on a Sunday, never showed, no call, nothing. Finally he comes over the following weekend, never produced an estimate for us. Our oil line breaks on a Thursday evening, we call Muller for an emergency call, no one shows or calls, we call back, excuse ""technician never got the call"" finally technician calls says it's going to be a while, we will call later, that call was never going to come. In the meantime the oil is continuing to leak in basement. At 8 the next day we call back and they say they can send someone right over, sorry we have work to go to. Finally when I return from work I call, they still say someone might be able to come by, and finally around 4, someone shows, nearly 20 hours after I reported the oil line leak. The technician comes over to fix the oil line, but for some reason the technician doesn't have an oil line, so he leaves to get one, a half hour later he returns and finishes the fix. I get a bill a week later for $363 .00 they charged me $150 in Labor which is absurd since the tech took 30 minutes to go get an oil line that he knew needing fixing prior to arrival. Was charged for 35 feet of oil line at $5 per foot, yet only 28 feet were needed, therefore charging $35 more. I asked another professional about how much a new oil line should be, he said $250 at most! You would figure a company who we tried to get a heating system install from would go out of there way to make doing business with them pleasant, the experience was anything but pleasant and I warn people that the ethics of Muller Plumbing need to be examined carefully. I hope to never deal with that company again and will be disputing the absurd cost! Stay away from Muller Plumbing!

We have had minor issues in the past with our heating system and every time Muller Heating & Plumbing has come to our home in a timely manner to repair the system. The technicians are efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. They always clean up after themselves and we have never had an issue with this company.
