Coastal Construction & Engineering specializes in all aspects of construction. We handle everything from new home construction and remodels to excavation, grading, paving, road work, diverse concrete tasks, underground utilities, trenchless sewer lines, and horizontal boring.

At the tender age of three, General Contractor Corey Sarros was introduced to construction by his father in upstate New York. As he grew older, he managed job sites by 16 and launched his own tile business at 17. He made his way to the Central Coast in 2001, securing his B contractor's license at only 24 and climbing the professional ladder.

He subsequently earned his A license, recognized as the highest and most difficult license to obtain in California. He not only passed on his first try but also ranked first in his class.
