He progressed to managing job sites at 16 and founded his own tile company at 17. In 2001, he relocated to the Central Coast and earned his B contractor's license at just 24 years old, steadily advancing in his career.

Corey then secured his A license, the most esteemed and challenging license available in California. He not only passed on his first try but also ranked first in his class.
