He progressed to managing job sites at 16 and founded his own tile company at 17. He made his way to the Central Coast in 2001, securing his B contractor's license at only 24 and climbing the professional ladder.

Corey later achieved his A license, the most prestigious and challenging license in California. He achieved this on his first attempt and was the top performer in his class.
