Our maintenance services are available nationwide. Our workforce includes in-house local technicians and vetted third-party vendors to keep multifamily and commercial properties in top shape at a reasonable cost.
Founded in 2015, our mission is to assist property and facility managers in achieving maintenance goals more effectively and affordably.
We strive to simplify the maintenance process, allowing business owners to concentrate on what matters most while we ensure their facilities remain operational.
Zach started in Commercial Construction and later shifted to facilities management and property maintenance. He identified a need for high-quality facility and maintenance management tailored to small and mid-sized retailers and homeowners.
His goal is to assist customers in conserving time and financial resources.

I did small Electrical work for one of their commercial properties and now it is more than two months ( 65 days) that i am already waiting for their payment which should be paid within 30 days by our agreement!
