Absolutely awesome.

Had a significantly complicated tankless hot water heater problem. Rickie, the owner/CEO, came out right away herself and brought a manufacture's rep as well. I not only was impressed on how extremely knowledgeable she was, but also how she had instant access to the most technically expert person in the region and the relationship to tap into him so quickly. Together they developed some fantastic solutions for me and at the most reasonable rates around. I doubt anyone can find another plumbing company with the same combination of responsiveness, technical competence, personal care, rapid access to advanced experts, and, above all, such competitive prices. No need to look any further for a plumbing/heating company - I always go with Rickie's team at Coast View.

Rude on the phone. Quoted me a high price. I didn't go with them because of these two things. I cannot review their service because I didn't hire them, therefore 1 star for bad customer service and high price quote. 2 stars- they told me someone could be out to my place by 1pm and then called and said they could be out by 10am because they were going to finish my quick job before their 4 hour job...that was nice. Therefore, I gave 2 additional stars for that.

These guys are legit! Fast scheduling to make an appointment and fast service. They are professional and friendly and they go the extra mile to help you with some clean up and educate you on what happened.

Most of all, they are fair! Price was fair, if missing parts to complete the job, they are willing to go to a local Lowe's or Home Depot to finish up the job. They are highly recommended for your plumbing needs.
