Tim and his team provide excellent service. I had an issue with a water heater and Coast plumbing was able to dispatch a technician within one hour. They gave me clear upfront pricing both for repair and for replacement. Their pricing is very transparent and competitive. They managed the job on time and within budget and have earned my trust. I rent through Howard Hanna and Coast Plumbing is the company that was assigned to assess why there wasn't any hot water in my house. The technician that was sent, Phil, determined that the water heater needed to be replaced because it was leaking.

The next day I was contacted by Coast Plumbings dispatcher, Linda, who told me that Phil would be by between 1-4pm and that he would call me when he was on his way. Phil showed up at between 10:30-11 a.m. without calling. Thankfully, I got back home about 5 minutes before he arrived otherwise I would have missed him and been forced to go through the entire weekend without hot water.

Phil tracked dirt and mud through my home and ruined one of my bathroom towels because he was not fully prepared for the job. He also damaged kitchen floor tiles when bringing the hot water heater into the house and had an extremely poor attitude during the entire job. I tried to overlook his attitude and be understanding because working on weekends does suck--I get it.

Shortly after Phil left, I noticed that my AirPod Pros were no longer on my dining room table where I left them. I tried to give Phil the benefit of the doubt but I do not lose things easily. I turned my home upside down searching for my AirPods and sadly, they were nowhere to be found. The ONLY person in my home, other than myself, was Phil. AirPods are easy to pocket quickly because they're small and easy to conceal. I am so disappointed and sick to my stomach to know that this happened right under my nose.

I'm very thankful to have hot water again but I am distraught knowing that a thief was in my home.

My toilet was running in the master bathroom and the toilet in the second master bathroom stopped flushing all together. Coast plumbing set an appointment for two days later with a 3-5pm timeframe to come to my house. They arrived at 420pm and fixed both parts on my toilets so that they both flush properly. The gentleman came in wearing a face covering and removed his shoes. He touched only what was needed and left with the job completely within 20 mins.

Tim and Doug have both been to my residence to provide service and they are, hands-down, so professional, responsive, reasonably priced AND JUST PLAIN NICE GUYS. Linda, who is in the office scheduling service, is outstanding as well. My last 2 requests for service resulted from discovering that I had no hot water. Both times, Coast provided me with SAME DAY SERVICE and a permanent fix has been made at minimal cost to me. This is a really good company and I hope they will be around for a very long time.

Unreliable/unprofessional owners and employees. They installed my water heater wrong!! The city failed it! Then didn't reschedule after they canceled their appointment to come back and fix it! The city issued fines had been giving them notices for over a month!! Do your self a favor and hire a real company with professionals. The city will have to come and inspect and they wouldn't recommend these guys!
