Our kitchen sink was backed up. This was our first time calling Coast. On a Saturday morning they had a plumber at our door in about an hour who was friendly, knowledgeable, and effective (thanks, Nate!). He cleared the blockage (it was about 15' past where our snake could reach), cleaned up, and charged us a VERY reasonable fee.

We realized we did not have have hot water in the evening. We called Coast Plumbing at 8AM. By 9AM the team lead by Kevin (who was fantastic) was onsite. At 9:30 we had a new water heater delivered and had a check for water damage. By 1PM a new water heater was installed by Kevin and we had hot water. Everything was done efficiently, correctly and the workers were fantastic.

This is our 3rd time to call Coast Plumbing since moving into this home 2 years ago and have had equally great service each time. They do not quit until everything is totally fixed and working. A person answers your call and immediately puts you in touch with the team needed for the work. There is no being on hold or transferring to other phonelines. A great experience in a time of stress.

Had called them over a year or so ago regarding a problem with our heater thermostat and received excellent service.
When our furnace failed to come on this week I called them again in a panic because of the coming storm.
They confirmed my info and sent a tech to me within 45 minutes. David checked it out, diagnosed the problem, had the necessary part on his truck and replaced it quickly at a very fair price!
The result was quick and much appreciated! I will/would highly recommend Coast for any and all future Plumbing, Heating or Air Conditioning problems!!!

I had a clogged toilet. I requested a quote off yelp and got a response right away. Coast Plumbing quoted me a fair, reasonable price from the beginning. Not like some other companies that were quoting twice the amount but offering to do a price match. So...I feel the company is trustworthy. And I really liked Lou, our technician. He knew what he was doing, was fast, super nice and very honest. I feel like Coast Plumbing staff has integrity and that's why I recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Super fast response time...I was expecting next day service to fix my clogged kitchen sink. Luis was at my house within an hour.
Not only did he unclog it....but left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived...I couldn't be happier

My water heater was leaking. I called them around 3pm and within 20 minutes, they showed up at my house! I got an estimate and a new water heater in the same day! Superb and prompt service. Pricing was also fair and no hidden costs! Awesome company, will do business again. I highly recommend them!

I've used Coast for a variety of plumbing issues (it's an older home) and I always go back to them. Most recently, I used Coast for a cleanout. Got a visit just a few hours after I called (on New Years Eve!) It's easy to schedule a plumber visit, and they call when they're on the way. Their plumber was friendly and informative. He told me what he found, what the solution would be and what problems would likely crop up in the future. I've been using Coast for years, and recommend them whenever a friend or neighbor ask.
