Cathal M.Tried to charge $330 for a simple snake. Went to Home Depot and bought a $30 snake and fixed myself. I have industry experience, these guys are here to rip people off. Go to a local company, not these big guys.

Kristen D.I tried making an appointment twice with this company. They canceled on me the morning of and told me to find another plumber which left me in a huge bind. They then proceeded to send me a nasty text and said they couldn't have their plumber 'working into the night'. It was for a 3:30pm appt. (in August) - not sure how that's working into the night.

Our technician, Brian, was excellent, thorough and professional. It was a pleasure working with him from the initial inspection to the completion of the work. The job consisted of removal and replacement the main waste line for two bathrooms. We were able to demo one and tie both bathrooms in without demoing the 2nd bathroom.
His customer service skills and communication were appreciated.
His precise work taking out the concrete and small tile pieces for tying in the front toilet resulted in us not needing to remove the floor, which he at first thought would be necessary and would have caused a lot more work for us, as we have the tile as base on the walls and floating cabinet.
So happy with his work and outcome!
