Requested assistance to clean clogged kitchen drainpipe. Called in the morning and lady who answered the phone said someone could be there in the afternoon. Chris called about a half hour before he arrived at about 1:45 pm. It was a challenge, but water is running free and clear. I was quoted $165 and was charged $165. So good to have my kitchen functioning again!

This company is super responsive! I called and they called right back, left a message and called me again!
I needed my MH drain(s) snaked out and Jake came over and handled the job very professionally. He firstly-LISTENED. He listens to you. I described what was happening, what had happened, what I thought was happening (sometimes this doesn't seem possible, but he still listens) and then he assessed it and told me what was happening. There were several issues that added up to one bigger issue.
Jake was very careful when he brought the machine in to not make a mess; he cleaned up along the way and after he was done. He was very knowledgeable about the way our system works having a septic tank in our front yard and even telling us how to determine in the future where to check if we have issues (to rule out certain problems).
Jake is a cool dude, who likes cats and our cat liked him...our cat didn't even run away when Jake fired up the machine!
We will definitely call Coast Drain in the future and refer to anyone needing good, fast and professional help.

My kitchen drain became plugged causing all kitchen activities to be suspended. I called Coast Drain Cleaning and spoke with Ken. I explained my problem and he said he was booked for the day but that he would TRY to make it by. And he did! He came by the same day I called him and unplugged my drain.
