She basically direct my business somewhere else. It only takes one bad apple like Tracy to ruin the business.

Samantha F.My review isn't so much about their service it's about their driver. I was driving in West Hollywood and he was Parked in the middle the road. To make matters worse he was obnoxious as I was driving by, very unprofessional.
S b.They stood me up TWICE. We had a confirmed appt. After a few hours, I called. No one answers their phone, so I left a message. Later, I called again to their ""emergency line"". The guy was rude but told me they were coming within the hour. 90 min later, I called again. He said ""hey lady.... We can't be accountable for traffic"" he said he'd see where they were and call me right back. No one ever showed.... One wasted day. They then promised in writing to arrive at 8 am-sharp. No show, no call.. Two wasted days.
