We had a sudden leak in the wall and called Brad last night and he was able to come out first thing this am. He was on time, assessed the ""tight"" situation and was able to fix the leak with a brand new pipe. He was very pleasant and saved our day!! We will use Brad again in the the future.

If you need a reliable and honest plumber then this is the place to call. He is reliable, honest, helpful and charges very reasonably. I've used him on and off over the years and I cannot state enough how positive every experience has been working with this gentleman. Do yourself a favor and call him -- you won't be disappointed!

Why can't all service/repair people be like this guy? Since our old plumber retired, we have been through a few that we will never call again. This plumber is the one we want for all future repairs.

Ahead of our appointment, he called to say he was on the way. Bradley was cheerful, respectful, and professional. He removed the old dishwasher and installed a new one. The electrical was hard-wired, but he had no trouble getting everything hooked up, so this plumber is not afraid of a little electrical work when the job requires it.

Before he left, I asked what kind of plumbing work he does and the answer was any plumbing-related repair we might need, indoors or out. Bradley specializes in repair work.

Awful. Incompetent. Refusing to replace the tank they put into our home(warranty) less than 4 mo ago. When we had Coal Creek come in 4 mo ago to replace our old tank, they left behind the tank and finally 1 wk later cleaned up their mess....while damaging our home.

Do NOT hire this company. Unless you want incomplete work for a high price. No refunds or helping fix the issue.

We have 5 kids. 7 people total. Due to this company and not completing their task or standing by their warranty. We've been without hot water for almost 1 wk.

Hire someone who is licensed & certified. Save yourself thousands.

If I could leave a lesser rating I would. This company installed a water heater in my home less then 3 months ago the trouble started from the beginning with them leaving the old water heater and not taking it. They had to be reminded numerous times and then they damaged my home removing the old one. Now 3 months later and the water heater is not working. Coal creek came and said that it was an electrical issue..... I am a certified by law in WA state as an electrician and can assure them it is not its a defective tank I ... now they refuse to replace it under warranty! I jave 5 children plus my wife who havent gotten hot water in 5 days .... I will now call a licensed certified shop to replace this incompetent companies work.
