since I had a good experience with Coachella Valley Plumbing Heating & Air when I needed a new AC I called them again with a plumbing problem. This morning I opened my garage and I had a leak that was coming out of my wall and flooding my garage, they immediately told me to turn off the water and they had someone here within 45 minutes. Alex and Nathan showed up and both couldn't be nicer and knowledgable. They had to go in the wall and found that they needed to replace a pressure regulator which was leaking and move it to the outside of the house. Needless to say I'm so happy that the problem was taken care of and for a very reasonable price. Thank you again Coachella Valley Plumbing, I know who to call if I need a plumber or AC repairs!

I had a broken garbage disposal in a rental property. I have no problem with the level of service, they showed up on time, came back on time with the garbage disposal and installed on time. I'm challenged with why they charged me $475 for garbage disposal that cost $99 on Amazon! My bad for accepting their quote but I would look for a non price gouging plumber in the future!

Fast, clean and efficient!!!
After trying to clear the drain myself, I realize that I needed professionals for this job. I called several companies but was told that it would be 2-3 days before anyone was available. Then I called CVPHA.
They were available to come the same day. They arrived within 3 hours. The same time promised over the phone. They did their job quickly and were very professional.
Thank you, CVPHA!
I will highly recommend this company to anyone that has any plumbing problem.

Needed to have a toilet reseated at our rental condo while visiting. Coachella V/P/H did the job the day after we called on time and estimate. No complaints.

I had an excellent experience with this company! My air conditioning started acting up at 11 on a Saturday. I called at least 5 companies for emergency service and each time I was told maybe Monday. Todd from Coachella Valley was at my house by 1:30 and diagnosed the problem. A crew of 6 arrived at 4, installed a new A/C unit and coil, and were finished by 6:15. Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. I will be recommending them whenever I can.

We had used another plumbing service previously and thought we were contacting them when we made an appointment for maintenance of our a/c and swamp cooler. Their ad in the yellow pages is right next to the one for the plumber we wanted and looked very similar so if you don't look very closely it appears to be the same company.

Anyway, they sent 3 workers out. They arrived on time, looked at the a/c and said we had a weak capacitor that they wanted to replace for $300. The a/c was newly installed a year ago and had no problems, so we declined thinking it's probably OK.

They moved on to the swamp cooler. We were having trouble with the air coming out of the cooler becoming warm after being on for awhile. They said it was probably because it was too humid to use the cooler which couldn't be the reason because we had low humidity all week. After inspecting the unit they said it needed new pads, again at a cost of $300. They didn't have the correct pad with them, so they took ours and said they would return with the new one the next day and left. We decided after they left that we didn't think changing the pad would fix the problem so we called and told them bring ours back. They returned and while reinstalling the pad found the pvc water distribution pipe on top of the pad was half full of sand, blocking water from wetting half of the pad, which made way more sense as to why it was sending warm air into the house. After cleaning out the pipe the air coming into the house was much cooler and they left. Then when we tried to control it using the thermostat inside the house, it would turn on and run, but not turn off using the temperature control lever. We had to turn it off and on manually.

The next day we discovered water leaking from the swamp cooler and some screw on caps for the a/c laying on the ground where they left them when they didn't put them back on after servicing that unit, so we called them back. In the meantime, we found where two of the screw on caps went and put them back on, but couldn't find where the last one was supposed to go. They came and said they didn't know where the screw on cap went because it wasn't there the day before, which wasn't true. They also found that they had jammed the float in the swamp cooler when they were putting the cover on the day before, so the water ran and never turned off. They fixed that but the unit still won't turn off using the thermostat.

Both the a/c and the thermostat were working fine before they touched anything. We believe the only problem with the swamp cooler was the half plugged water distribution pipe, which they didn't find until they brought our pad back. We didn't watch over them on their first visit but did when they returned on the second and third visits.

We called our original plumber choice to come fix their mess. We will never use this plumber again.
