Our story:
We had a water leak under our sink. We weren't sure what to do, but my husband was going to the hardware store to get some tape to cover the pipe to stop the leak. Well, that would've stopped the leak but not fixed the problem and we needed the problem fixed. I started looking on Yelp and wasn't sure who to call. I looked at reviews for some of the plumbers which were not so good. When I came across this company, the reviews were really good and something just told me to call them. I didn't ask how much all I knew is we needed this fixed now.

Cody came to look at a leak in the house, he spend a long time to ensure he gets to the root of the issue and then provided me details on all the work and his quote. He gave me all the breakout and what is urgent and what could be done later. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. I was so impressed that 2 other jobs I was considering giving to Homedepot went to Cody. He installed a water heater as well as gas stove. He realized few of the issues were urgent so he priorotized those first and fixed others soon afterwards.
He came back on his own to install proper cap on the furnace flue when he saw that it was not done properly by the contractor who installed the original heater. He let me know any other issues that he discovered and was very open when I asked some changes like moving the heater. He knew exactly what we needed and didn't need. We was so kind, respectful. We'll keep him at the top of our list!!

Cody was super helpful when it came to a quick clogged drain fix!!
He responded right away and was easy to communicate with. His availability was great and worked within my schedule.
He drove all the way to Sonoma from RP and quoted an amazing price for locals discount too.
He's young and knowledgeable, but also shared his knowledge with me as well to prevent future issues in my home.
I love that instead of trying to ""make money"" off clients he is just truly helping!
He fixed both clogged drains in an hour, gave helpful information and also had the best pricing in the Valley.
Safe to say I will call Cody with CPL again!

Called for help with a sewer line obstruction between the house and street. Left message and Cody got back to me within a couple hours. Scheduled appointment and they showed up exactly when they said they would (if not a couple minutes early). Got the work done in the amount of time they estimated it would take and pricing seemed more than fair. Cody is extremely professional. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

I needed someone to check and snake my sewer line. I sent an email requesting a quote and had a response by the morning. Cody came to my home by the afternoon. He did a thorough inspection and fixed my issue. He kept me informed to what he was doing and offered advice to replace the trap entrance (3"" instead of 4"").

We hired Cody and his father to do some plumbing work for my parent's home in Sebastopol. They replaced a shower/bath valve and handles in some challenging spaces, snaked and replaced several trap drains, replaced valves, drains and installed a new toilet. The work was efficient, meticulous, and outstanding. They kept us informed of any issues and Cody was great at answering any questions we had before and during the job. The bid was very reasonable. I also really like the fact that it's a family business. Would not hesitate to hire them again for any future work. Highly recommended.
