Our water heater tank quit working, so I contacted Cody based on his reviews. His pricing was very fair. He knew exactly what we needed and didn't need. We was so kind, respectful, on-time, wore gloves and a mask the entire time he was on our property. We'll keep him at the top of our list!!

We just bought a new house and on the 2nd day, we had a gas leak and PG&E shut down the gas. CNTRline was able to come out quickly, sort out the issues, fix and test the gas line and get us back in business. I felt the price was fair considering how much time they spent doing the repair, and they were super helpful and considerate throughout. Recommend.

CNTRLine did a great job! They were quick to respond, made a next day appointment with me and arrived promptly. I had a leaking tub spout diverter due to an old shower valve and high water pressure. It was a more complicated job than first expected due to short cuts being taken by a previous plumber and other reasons but Cody persevered in figuring it all out and fixing it. He charged a fair price for his expertise and I'm happy with his work. I definitely recommend Cody and CNTRLine Plumbing!

Cody and his associate have been here a couple of times now to help fix a couple of issues. One being a grohe shower fixture issue and most recently our grohe kitchen faucet leak. Both times Cody was very professional and kind and took care of the issue. Both times he was able to come within a couple of days and was very pleasant to work with. Cody was awesome. I usually like to DIY things, but have always been sort of finicky with plumbing. Cody was able to provide quotes from pictures of the issues, and promptly scheduled a time to come out and check out the issue. He also didn't mind me asking him questions about it, admittedly so I could maybe fix it myself next time, which was awesome. Highly recommended (even though I hope you never have to deal with plumbing issues, they suck, but Cody made it better.)

Great work and quickly done. We hired them to clear a slow bathroom drain and Cody responded to our request for a quote within 10 minutes, kept us informed about his arrival time, arrived right on schedule, was friendly, professional, reasonably priced and efficient.
