Cody was extremely responsive through text and calls. He came promptly at the time he said he would come. He's local so he was able to text me when he was 5-15 minutes away, and I could come home from work to meet him, since my work is 5 minutes from my home. He did the job in a timely manner, efficiently, and he told me other things I needed for my kitchen sink. He came back and, again, arrived at the designated time and was in touch through text. He was personable, wore a mask and booties on his shoes. I will definitely hire him for all my plumbing needs.

Our contractor had not used CNTRline before, and in fact we used them because the plumber he was going to use was booked out. So glad we discovered CNTRline, and so was our contractor who said he was going to start using them!

We just bought a new house and on the 2nd day, we had a gas leak and PG&E shut down the gas. CNTRline was able to come out quickly, sort out the issues, fix and test the gas line and get us back in business. CNTRLine did a great job! They were quick to respond, made a next day appointment with me and arrived promptly. I had a leaking tub spout diverter due to an old shower valve and high water pressure. It was a more complicated job than first expected due to short cuts being taken by a previous plumber and other reasons but Cody persevered in figuring it all out and fixing it. He charged a fair price for his expertise and I'm happy with his work. I definitely recommend Cody and CNTRLine Plumbing!

Cody and his associate have been here a couple of times now to help fix a couple of issues. One being a grohe shower fixture issue and most recently our grohe kitchen faucet leak. Both times Cody was very professional and kind and took care of the issue. Both times he was able to come within a couple of days and was very pleasant to work with.
