We're renting an older house and the tub and shower faucets started leaking. I had another plumber refuse to work on them, saying he wasn't sure he could handle it!
Cody came over and had them fixed quickly and what seemed like a reasonable price to me. He was polite, professional and we have no more leaks!

Had another 5 star experience with Cody, second job for our house. He's professional from the start. His emails are timely, detail and thorough. I love that he doesn't rely on texting and phone tags. We had to simplify/modify the job because I got the wrong product but although he spent the same amount of time estimated, he charged me less than 1/3 of the original quote. He's so polite and professional too. There is no need to fear plumbing problems if Cody can help!

I could not be happier. Cody and Wayne showed up
on time mask and shoe covers on ready to go. Hated my old faucet, but every plumber I talked to told me they would have to open the wall in my bedroom to replace my faucet and then I would have to hire someone to repair it. Cody said he could do it without having to cut into my wall and he was true to his word. We talked about installing grab bars that I will purchase and Cody is wiling to look at the style and manufacture specs of what I'm looking at to make sure I order all necessary parts for installation. Cody was quick to respond with a quote and all communication moving forward. Left the bathroom clean. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Cody was extremely responsive through text and calls. He came promptly at the time he said he would come. He's local so he was able to text me when he was 5-15 minutes away, and I could come home from work to meet him, since my work is 5 minutes from my home. He did the job in a timely manner, efficiently, and he told me other things I needed for my kitchen sink. He came back and, again, arrived at the designated time and was in touch through text. He was personable, wore a mask and booties on his shoes. I will definitely hire him for all my plumbing needs.

We just bought a new house and on the 2nd day, we had a gas leak and PG&E shut down the gas. CNTRline was able to come out quickly, sort out the issues, fix and test the gas line and get us back in business.
