I ran into an issue when trying to replace my toilet. I was referred to this plumber through a friend of a friend. The plumber was able to come over right away and did a good job with my unique situation. However, the charges were very unclear. I was not told the cost ahead of time and the work started before I arrived at home. When asked for an itemized bill, I was told it was a flat charge and was never given what was included in that charge. For example, I had purchased the toilet before calling and don't know if that would have been included in the flat charge to replace the toilet. Also, there was no haul away required. This information would have been helpful to know before committing to the work.

Positive note: Came to my house in about an hour from the first call.
We had a water line leak from the meter to our house. I had turned the water off to our house. He said he would be right back after he picked up his helper. Three hours later, the 2 men are back. It took 40 minutes to dig the hole to find the leak.(this would be the hardest part of the repair= hard work) Our tree root had pushed against the PVC pipe and broke the line. So, cut the broken section of pvc pipe, glue a new section on and problem is fixed. The charge was $700. If the main line coming to our house was copper or galvanized metal, I would expect this to be a more expensive repair. This was a simple pvc pipe and easy ""glue together"" repair. Felt this was extremely over-priced.

These gentleman came and replaced a toilet for me today. They were fast, thorough, and very polite. When one of the son's walked out he said, ""don't forget to lock your door."" I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!!!
