Currently, we have accomplished the make-ready process for over 206 single-family homes and 162 apartments. I manage the installation and repair of different home components, such as windows, doors, cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We conduct inspections of homes and apartments to ensure quality assurance, We keep detailed records of all completed work, I communicate with vendors and have built strong relationships with property managers and homeowners.
