Fantastic all around!! My situation was dangerous and getting worse.
My 50 gallon gas water heater set off my carbon monoxide alarms 3 times in 2 weeks. Im around today only because I made sure to replace old batteries. Beyond stressful to say the least. Ive reached out to numerous contractors with no success. The only thing they did was charge me a inspection fee, get their money, then never return any of my calls. Within minutes of placing an ad here on Yelp, the Coterie team was the first to respond. I spoke to Denish. He arrived at my home same day within 2 hours. Saw my very dangerous scenario then took action immediately by disabling the gas heater on the spot. Then came up with a plan and a solution. Two days later I had a brand new electric heater. No more exhaust or worrying about that pilot light burning without proper ventilation. I should mention I live in a duplex. Main power grid is on first level. Water heater is on second level. Holes needed to be made in walls to run power. In less than a few days, all work and repairs were done. And now I can finally have a good night sleep.

The service tech was on time and very knowledgeable, he did everything that I asked. There wasn't any hot water in my apartment, the tech diagnosed and repaired my hot water tank, I was very satisfied with the work that was done and the cost was as estimated. Excellent work CN Coterie!

CN is the best and most reliable service I can count on if anything goes wrong in my home. Real professional and high quality services they provide. I had a really bad leak in my bathroom and everyone I got to take a look at or try to attempt and fix my problem couldn't. That's where CN stepped in and was able to get it fixed within no time. They diagnosed the problem like a piece of cake. Saved the day for me, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The good news: CN is relatively responsive and will book an appointment for your project and your wallet quickly.

The bad news: Completely helpless service guy couldn't figure out a routine disposal and faucet install. Ongoing leaks, improperly diagnosed fitment issues, poor quality workmanship, lousy follow up, 5 service calls, miscommunications and nothing to show for it- only guesswork, hack mechanics, and a bad attitude.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is what service nightmares are made of. Costs as much as a lawyer, and you get even less for the money. CN could learn from the old saying: ""Measure twice, cut once"". In this case, call once, but call someone other than CN Coterie.

This company was very responsive, but extremely pricey.

Our hot water in our shower wasn't working. The contractor came by and replaced a part behind the fixture. They entered the apartment at 12:14pm, and left at 12:24pm. Less than 10 minutes of actual work - awesome. So kudos for this.

I was initially invoiced $450 for the work, but it was later ""discounted"" to $318.

Very disappointed. I spent hours finding an electrician who was avail at a specific time to coincide with our internet provider for my office.
CR said they would be there between 12-1 and confirmed by email.
They never showed up, and when I called, I kept getting a vmail response which says ""mailbox is full"".
So I emailed them - and the person asked where they were and they responded asking me what time they were supposed to arrive. (didn't I request the time the day before and they confirmed that it was at noon? Just scroll up and look at the original email). By 2pm still nothing, and I had to cancel my other service person who I arranged to be there at the same time.
It seems like it is a one man show and no one knows what is going on.
I had such a busy day and spent so much time on arranging, that now it wasted a half day of work and added another day of work now b/c I have to try to arrange and find a new company to coordinate with the internet company.

Had CN Coterie work on my roof, plaster walls from water damage and fix air conditioning units. They did a great job, with quick response and reasonable price. Will definitely use them again.

Great experience! Ricardo responded quickly to my Yelp message, and was able to come fix the exhaust fan in my bathroom the very next day. Great quality of work and he was also very timely and tidy, which is something I haven't seen with other electricians. I highly recommend him!

I contacted CN for a small scale project. I needed to refurbish my bed and change its color from brown to gray. They showed up on time and stripped the color; sanded it down and painted it. The job took about a day -- the team was so professional and worked well with all of my requests.

I was really impressed by Ricardo and his team. My in laws had a huge flood that wrecked two floors of their home and my husband had gone through a few contractors that were not fitting the bill (am being polite of course) but these guys really did an amazing job. Highly recommend them!
