Highly recommend! I moved into a new home earlier this year, and withing 48 hours our heating system had issues. I reached out to multiple plumbers/companies for quotes, and decided to go with CMS Plumbing, and am glad I did! My heating system is complex, and Dave and his team did a great job not only putting in the new system, but making sure that everything is running perfectly and more importantly, efficiently. Had a house built 7 years ago and the only issues I have had have been related to plumbing and heating done by CMS plumbing.
It started with the fittings of the cold water lines not being properly clamped, then the heat system that was installed did not keep the house warm (which after numerous calls to CMS resulted in nothing but excuses, only to be resolved by John Cunningham HVAC), and now the plumbing, again! I will never allow them back in my house, hope this is the last of the nightmares to be fixed that they did improperly! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I originally left a message when I first contacted him and he responded within a few hours and we were able to schedule an appointment for that day. He arrived on time, fixed the bathroom sink drain& installed a new water filtration system in the office kitchen. He was pleasant, courteous and knew exactly what to do. Excellent quality of work.

After some research and interviewing, I decided a few years ago to go with CMS to replace my aging boiler with a high efficiency Buderus boiler. Dave went over the various options and was able to explain the system in a way that made sense to me. They did a very professional job and left my basement cleaner than it had been for years. I have not had a single problem with the boiler. I have since called on CMS for a number of things--hot water heaters, fixing toilets, replacing pipes, installing a new dishwasher and sink. CMS responds quickly and professionally to inquiries and goes above and beyond expectations. Last year I hired them to install another high-tech, high efficiency boiler in my tenants' unit. Again, a super professional job. And they were able to inform me about rebates and tax breaks for installing high efficiency units. Professional, knowledgeable, and personable, I have complete confidence in their competence and integrity.
