We found out that our septic system after 3 different companies recommended a new septic system had drainage problems. However we
did take the top of the drainage pit and the 4th company William Hickey noticed water constantly flowing in saved us from new septic system .
CMS came to the rescue and ordered the replacement part to stop the running with our toilet. The toilet has a defective gasket and CMS replaced the part within 24 hours.

Highly recommend! I moved into a new home earlier this year, and withing 48 hours our heating system had issues. Had a house built 7 years ago and the only issues I have had have been related to plumbing and heating done by CMS plumbing.
It started with the fittings of the cold water lines not being properly clamped, then the heat system that was installed did not keep the house warm (which after numerous calls to CMS resulted in nothing but excuses, only to be resolved by John Cunningham HVAC), and now the plumbing, again! I will never allow them back in my house, hope this is the last of the nightmares to be fixed that they did improperly! Buyer BEWARE!!!!
