Love CMS! Had to move a gas line over about a foot and drop it down to a different area. Cory came in, quoted and it was done as soon as it started. Didn't disrupt my work day and it got one more thing off of my 'to do' list.

Honestly, these guys are nothing short of amazing! Being in the property management business for what seems like a lifetime, we really depend on our vendors. Plumbing is our number one nemesis. I have recently (last 6 months or so) started using this company and have given them maybe 25-30 jobs, big and small. They have yet to fail me! They answer the phone, they schedule, they show up, they are timely, they repair or replace, they are polite and professional, and they communicate! Originally I thought they were pricey, however they get the job done in half the time (which cuts cost), and do it right!! Bottom line...I am a fan and would recommend them to anyone!! I don't know the entire crew but if they are all like Eddie and Eric, you just can't go wrong!!

Joe from CMS came and installed a shut off ball valve on hot water return line for my heater so I could have hot water in the house after a HVAC company accidentally broke the recirc pump and could not put it back together. He explained what he was doing then proceeded to accomplish his task. Painless.

I am a retired Plumber and I can recommend CMS Plumbing. My wife met the owner and asked me to give them a chance on a small project that we are doing on our house.
The CMS crew did a great job at my house last week. They did quality work, listened to my concerns, and were pleasant, polite, and neat. Their price was fair, they came when they promised and they finished up quickly.

Have PVC outdoor patio drain pipes that backed up last year during rains, so wanted to clear them for the hoped for rainy season this year. Borrowed a 50' manual snake and worked it for 4 hours with little results so called these guys.

Kem came out and said they were comfortable with PVC as mine was 3"". He worked hard for 3 hours on 10 different drains with a 75' motor driven snake, and then a heavier 100' model. Landscaping plans were not totally followed so he had to solve some routing issues on which way the drains & snake would go.

Ended up pulling up some roots and flushing mud so hopefully this cleared things out. The $330 was well spent given my prior efforts which would have had no chance of getting through those roots. Basic charges are $95/hr + $10 trip + $30 for heavier machine.

Probably worth doing every 5-7 years as that might only be 1-2 hours. Recommend them.

CMS was highly recommended by my wife's patient. I checked out their website and got the feeling that these were 'good guys'. And that's exactly what they turned out to be. I had them come for two different jobs in April and May. First job was to replace kitchen faucet, replace two bathroom sinks and faucets, and replace shower/tub trim kit. It took all day but it was a lot of work for one guy (Perry) to do. He was courteous, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards.

Second job was to fix an issue with the hot water pressure in my shower stall. Mark came out and couldn't get to the shower valve to figure out what was going on. He was being extra careful not to break anything, so I appreciate that he didn't force it. So they didn't charge me for the visit, and scheduled the owner and their top technician to come out later in the week. Was impressed that the owner actually came out with their top guy and fixed the problem. They were in and out of my place within 45 minutes. Excellent service, and you can't beat the price
On top of all that, they have probably one of the lowest hourly rates out there, $89. Highly recommend

This company is a rip off. They came out and spent less than 5 minutes to tell us we needed a new toilet. We were charged $95 + a $10 trip charge. First of all, their website shows an $89 charge and no mention of a trip fee. So we paid $105 for them doing nothing. Stay away from this company!

CMS plumbers came out and installed a new Waster heater, they ran new copper pipes under the house and was in and out in no time! These guys are on there A game and I was really impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. They do not cut corners and they do the job right. Definitely highly recommended Plumbing company!

We were extremely pleased with the work of CMS Plumbing! We had a leaky water heater and were worried it might flood the garage. My husband spoke to Jeremy and we easily set up a time for the work to be done the following morning. Perry from CMS came to the house when promised and did a wonderful job assessing the problem and completing the job in a few hours IN THE MIDST OF SUMMER HUMIDITY! Now we have a brand new water heater, new copper piping and even tips from Perry about draining/flushing it on a regular basis to keep it running at its best. I would recommend CMS Plumbing as an honest business that delivers what they promise... punctuality, fair prices, and a job well done. I just wish I had something more than a couple of ice cold water bottles to offer Perry at the end of the job!
