My outdoor AC unit had a minor problem and it required a small adjustment. A repairman from CMR Heating and Air came, replaced my used working part with a new working part and charged me 10-15 times the price of the new part (I did not need). What he was doing looked strange to me. I asked several questions. He acted like he was ""too busy"" or ""too important"".

I called in the morning and there was someone here by 3pm... same day. The work and price was incredible... Couldn't have been better. Showed up and Noah the tech was incredible and a knowledgeable perfectionist. This is the second time I have used CMR and I wouldn't change a thing. CMR is as close to perfect as you can get.

I contracted with CMR King George to install Two New 3 Ton Trane units as replacements for my existing Trane units - right from the start - I noticed issues with frequent and irregular defrost cycles - I contacted CMR several times about what was happening and they told me that there was nothing wrong - that it was normal - and would not even come out to investigate and verify everything was ok - it was a year later that - I the home owner - finally discovered a red fault light flashing on one of the defrost boards after what I considered to be an abnormal defrost cycle - I then found the same thing happening on the other unit - it was not until I sent CMR a video of what I found that they would even come out - after several trips to try and resolve the issue - they had to engage the factory rep who finally determined that the series of defrost boards installed on these units were problematic - a new series board - which had just been redesigned - was sent and installed and the problem finally seems to be resolved !?

The Next issue I ran into with CMR King George was during a routine maintenance check-up - I was told that the Freon Levels for both units were within Mfg. Spec - but when I later took the readings that the technician read off to me - and entered them into a Freon Level Calculation App on my phone - it indicated one was below Spec and one was barely within Spec - I emailed the App results to CMR King George and requested they send someone else out to double check the readings - they flat out refused - with the owner telling me that he was insulted that I would even question his technicians expertise as he was a trained professional - and had been trained by him personally - and that I should find someone else to service my units - as they would not respond to anything short of a Part failure - until my 1 year labor expired - all because I dared to questioned his technicians test results - I then engaged thru my Neighbor - Custom Design HVAC - both owners came out as a favor to my Neighbor - at no charge - and verified the readings for me - their readings matched the readings I had calculated - indicating that both units were low - they then arranged to have one of their Technicians make a service call - to verify the numbers once again and add Freon if required- once again the results were the same - both were low - with one being below Mfg. Spec - he then added Freon to both units - weighing it in a little at a time until they reached the Mfg. recommended Spec - all this and they only charged me for the cost of the Freon - Custom Design HVAC is a Great Company! True Professionals that know what they are doing and are Customer Oriented!

Finally found an HVAC company in the area that has integrity and great customer service. They always show up when they say they will be there. I work for an HVAC company so I know their diagnosis was accurate and their prices fair. Jessica is pleasant to deal with and Matt is very knowledge and writes up detailed descriptions of the problem and solution. Thank you so much for restoring our service when both our heating systems failed during the winter. We will forever be a loyal customer.

After having a wrong diagnosis on a warranty issue with a different company, I requested a new company and was referred to CMR.

First thing, I was pleasantly surprised that someone actually answered the phone after 6pm at night. I spoke with Jessica who listened and honestly made me feel like my broken AC was a priority. She was extremely personable and thorough.

The next day, Matt came out and correctly diagnosed my unit within minutes. They ordered the part and called me to keep me informed during the entire process.

Matt just came back this morning to replace the part and my house is finally cool again! He is extremely professional and friendly. Genuinely nice guy who made this experience much less stressful than the first company I attempted use.

CMR will definitely be my company of choice from here on out!

My AC was not blowing cold air. I replaced the filter that was pretty dirty and still not cold. I had another company come because they could come sooner for service. They said I had a leaky coil and need more freon at the total of $2000+ a friend said to call another company for a 2nd opinion as my house was still really new. Matt from CMR came and out and spent considerable time reviewing my entire system. He could not find one thing wrong. He said it was prob the dirty filter that froze the coil. But I had good freon and everything worked as it should. Paying him $85 for that opinion saved me thousand. Matt could have gone with the 1st company and just quoted less and I wouldn't have known. Instead he was honest and forthright. I will refer and recommend CMR every time I can !!!

These guys are great. I needed a whole new AC system, they were on time, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They gave me a quote after just a few minutes. A few days later they were on site removing my old rusted falling apart system and installing my new AC. They did a great job, they cleaned up after they were done and took a lot of time to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns.
I recommend them hands down!

Excellent service! CMR Heating came to my house today to take a look at a problem with my heat pump. The owner of the company was very friendly and took the time to explain to me a little bit about how the system works and little things for me to watch. Come to find out, he advised me that nothing was wrong with my system and that the things I was seeing were quite normal. How is that for honesty! CMR has a customer for life. I really appreciate honest, professional and courteous people. They will always be my go to for anything HVAC related. A big bonus was that he informed me that they do some plumbing too!
