My water heater stopped working, I was so fortunate to have found this company. Ric thoroughly explained to me what the problem was and that I would need a new water heater. Having to replace an expensive appliance can be really stressful but Ric made the process as smooth as possible. Thanks to his quick response and expertise we were back to hot showers again in no time! I am not a cold shower person! I got a top of the line water heater, top of the line service at a top of the line price. Oh, and did I mention he came and installed it on a Sunday afternoon?!? I recommend CMP to any and everyone!

Ric is amazing, not gonna lie I was worried at first as he didn't have any assistance when he was helping me but

He was able to help me with replacing the water heater and getting everything up to code, especially the pipe line that goes outside the roof and the exhaust. Also make sure to help me with removing a pipe that was really rusted and was able to turn off the gas and get it checked out test it, so everything was good

Although I would've liked more detail about how it was good outside just telling me that we got the greenlight that it's safe would've also been nice if I got a slight discount for assisting half the time ha ha but it's OK!

overall his prices were good and he's honestly reliable and picks up the phone when he's not working or when his hands are messy definite going to be recommending and referring him out to all of my other places that may need it!!

Hopefully he calls in to check on it or if it's OK I called him and check on it within a month or so just to make sure everything is working accordingly !

My garbage disposal stopped working on Christmas. When my husband declared it dead, I reached out to plumbers and CMP responded with a quote. Not only were they on time, he realized that the disposal only needed to be reset, not replaced (although they brought a replacement, per my initial request). They charged an amount less than quoted, didn't hassle me about the unit that they brought and both gentleman were extremely kind and friendly. Not the experience that I have had with past plumbing services. This is the company to call!

Ric and his team are very easy to work with. From schedule to completion took less than 24 hours. Contacted him for a main water valve replacement and they were very responsive and came in a timely manner and explained everything that is to be done. They cleaned up and insulated my pipes right after. Highly recommended calling Ric for your plumbing needs!
