I would highly recommend CML plumbing to anyone. Chris called me back immediately after I inquired about a leak issue in my home. He explained all of the possibilities given my description. Though he was extremely busy, he still answered all of my questions thoroughly and even came to my home that same day. He and Jimmy were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thank you CML Plumbing! We found out that we had a propane leak and I needed a plumber asap. Chris the owner came out and pressure tested our line at 7:30 at night and figured out where the leak was. He was very informative and called 1st thing the next morning with an estimate. Based on his Yelp reviews I didn't bother shopping around for more estimates. He was out a few days later and replaced the whole main propane line feeding our house. Thank you for your help we appreciate it!

I found CML with search on the internet and decided to try them after reading many of the reviews, they turned out to be be spot on, CML did a great job for me. Most surprising was the problem that I thought was a plumbing problem wasn't, as explained to me by Chris, it was what I was doing that caused the problem so there was nothing for him to do. Another pleasant surprise was that he didn't charge for the house call. I mentioned to him that the house had no outside drain clean outs and that I had trouble with a toilette. He looked into the clean out situation and found a way to get access to the clean out without much trouble and he also recommenced a much better toilette. CML is now my go to plumbing company.

If you need a plumber, Chris at CML Plumbing is your guy! We have had numerous plumbing issues in our condo, but we finally needed to get professional advice when something just wasn't right with our hot water heater. I found CML on Yelp, and I sent a long email to Chris about all our past plumbing issues, and he called my husband to set up an appointment in the next few minutes. Chris and his associate came out a couple days later, checked out our fixtures, gave us advice on how to get off hard water residue, and installed a new hot water heater. The next day something was still not right, but Chris came over within a couple hours at no charge to us. He figured out we needed a new water regulator, and since that was installed everything has been great! My husband said Chris was an extremely nice guy, and we were so impressed with his level of work and professionalism, especially when he needed to come back. We like to use smaller businesses, and it was also great that Chris, the owner, was the person we communicated with and that came out each time. We will always use CML Plumbing!

CML is terrific! My husband and I were so grateful to Chris the owner and Jimmy. We had a cold water slab leak under our staircase inside the house. This had been our 3rd leak in 37 years so we decided to bite the bullet on expense and once and for all reroute all the remaining water lines to above ground. Their quote was very reasonable. It was a challenging job because none of the manifolds and lines were in logical places. Chris was EXTREMELY methodical in calculating where to cut the drywall as to minimize the damage and cost to repair the drywall and paint. He cuts straight lines and makes it easy for the the repair. They worked in our home for four and a half days and each day they were conscientious, polite and very professional. They treated our home like it was their home. Chris and Jimmy are a great team working together. They are like brothers.
We are so happy we went with CML because they did a fantastic job. It is a relief not to worry whether a pipe might break in our slab any longer. We sincerely want to thank them for making an unfortunate situation doable.
