Our master shower drain needed to be jack hammered out and replaced. Chris came out and quoted us a price for this which was inline with our final price. Josh performed the job and was pleasant. The job took longer than expected because of an error in shipping made by their supplier. Once the product came on they got back to our house the soonest they could. Definitely got the the most honest and up front feeling from Chris than other plumbing companies that came out to quote us.

A friend recommended CML Plumbing to fix a leak in the line leading to one of my toilets. Chris responded promptly to my call and was able to send Josh to inspect it the same day. Josh fixed the leak but also informed me that my toilet was cracked, and that that was a safety hazard. I didn't know that, so appreciated the information. Found out a second toilet was cracked, so arranged with CML to replace both. CML installed one toilet, and it works perfectly. Need to wait to install the other, as Josh showed me that there is subfloor damage near the pipe; have to fix that before CML can come out again. I am very pleased thus far with CML's work and heartily recommend them.

Chris is absolutely amazing! He came out to my house to help me with an emergency. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and did an excellent job! CHRIS was real helpful over the Phone in THAT.............. Nobody Has PIEZO's ! ( N I jus learnt to sphell it ; ) What is Up w dat ? A $4 item and without it.. couldn't start the water heater ? Fortunately Fergusens... had an old abandoned scrap water heater w one still on it out Back.

Do yersef a favor n save one of those gizmos before you dump an old WH ( They come out w a screwdriver! ;)

I had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom. Chris called and recommended a water damage cleanup company to come out first. He then showed up later that day to evaluate and provided an estimate. He worked directly with my home insurance claims adjuster as well. When the first repair exposed additional problems he kept me informed the entire time. Chris definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. I hope to not need his services for an emergency again but if I do he's my first call. And if I happen to do any remodeling in the future I'll insist that the general contractor uses Chris for the plumbing work.

Chris is the owner and the absolute model of a hardworking, skilled American.

We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that damaged the downstairs ceiling. When I asked for a quote on yelp, Chris was the first to reach out, explain that he didn't do any of the damage control, coordinated a water damage company to call us and get the process started.

Once everything was opened up and dried out, he communicated clearly with the wife who was home during the day, came out, fixed the leak within an hour and was on his way. All the while explaining what he was doing so there were no questions.

Unluckily for us, there were MULTIPLE leaks. Again, he coordinated with the damage control company to open the walls up further, came out and fixed the second leak within an hour again..

And lastly, while the subfloor was exposed in the upstairs bathroom, the kids were taking a bath and we started getting more water leaking to the downstairs. Chris came out with less than 2 hours warning on a Sunday night just to find that the kids had been splashing and it had leaked down between the toilet and the exposed subloor, not plumbing at all.

Chris is a rare breed of person who is looking out for you and takes pride in his work. Hopefully a long-ish yelp review encourages you to contact him for any type of plumbing work you need because we definitely want to see him succeed as much as he wanted us to be happy with his work and we are DEFINITELY happy!

Chris came to my home within a day of me calling for a slab leak. He was kind and professional over the phone. He worked right away on three different options and quotes for my insurance company. The day of the repair, I trusted him and his team in my home alone. He contacted me right away with issues he found and gave me great direction on what he believed my insurance would pay for.
