We had a small spot on our ceiling about 3 inches in diameter. After going in the attic I found a leaking elbow in my water pipes. This plumber came out and told me to turn off the water. I asked him, ""at the street or at the house?"" He stated that at the house would be fine. So I did. When he started the work, he was the only one in the attic so he would've been the only one to know that the water was NOT all the way off.
Did he say anything to us? NOPE! He just let it run and run and run! About 3/4 of the way through the fix he came down and went to his truck. That is when I asked him...""Why is there so much more water? Is my water not all the off?"" He simply responds by saying, ""Oh yeah, you're shut off must not be working.""
I immediately went to the street to shut off the street main WHICH I COULD HAVE DONE IN THE BEGINNING HAD THIS PLUMBER COMMUNICATED LIKE A PROFESSIONAL.

I highly recommend you seek plumbing assistance elsewhere unless you like tossing money around like the Monopoly Man. The one thing I will say is that he was available right away which could have been a sign. Someone who is not busy may just not be in high demand. Trust me...my lesson has been learned

We had been without a water heater for three weeks and DIY installation wasn't working out so well. In desperation, I started calling plumbers, and Clayton responded almost immediately, took pity on us, postponed his other appointments, and showed up within hours to complete our installation! He was extremely kind and patient with us and our mess, and he got the job done in the time he said he would. When he left, the site looked so much better than before - everything was neat and organized... and we had HOT WATER !! I would definitely recommend him!
