DO NOT USE CODY! He overcharged us & under delivered - by a LOT He sent pictures of what he would do as well as discussed it at length with me via text & didn't do what he said he would & refuses to come back out & fix/finish the job. Save yourself some money & a huge headache & use another company for your drainage needs!

This is a warning to all in the Jacksonville area. DO NOT USE this company: CMC Property Maintenance, LLC. Cody does not stand by his work or his word. Can't post review unless you leave 1 star. I give Cody MINUS 5 stars He """"fixed"""" drainage issue, which failed with the first rain storm. No problem taking our money and promising to return if there were any issues. Still have a flooding issue and with each rain storm, the pavers sink more. Has not returned any texts or daily phone messages. Plays dirty - has now removed all 2023 posts from his FB page. Photos that included the work he did at my house.
