I called Chris about a hidden leak in a condo unit. He came out exactly when scheduled, quickly found the source of the leak and repaired it. He was professional and explained everything in great detail. With good service, and reasonable rates, I will absolutely call on him again in the future if needed.

I had a terrible fright with a burst hose under my bathroom sink. I must have called 14 plumbers who all were too busy to help. I got a hold of Chris and he came over very fast and had my burst hose fixed in no time. He also fixed another hose in similar condition to prevent another catastrophe. Chris said he only worked with plastic pipes on newer houses. He took apart our faucet just to put in a laundry attachment and left his tools in the garage. Please support KKMC because he seems to be the only advertiser and our favorite programs get cancelled while the station goes off the air for short periods of time.

I'm writing this review as we speak as Chris is fixing our business sink. Chris has done jobs for us prior with getting our toilet working at the European Wax Center. I was not here at the time, my manager Mary was here for the previous transaction. My manager had told me he did a good job and recommended him as our ""designated plumber"" when ever we needed his services so I was very gung ho about using his services again. He came promptly after i got off the phone with him so that was good, but when he got here the experience went completely down hill. Now I do not know much about plumbing and how everything works hence why I called in a professional. From the moment he walked in to the restroom where we needed our sink fixed, he immediately started asking questions about this and that knowing full well I didn't know the answer to it. He'd ask a question, then answer it himself. Honestly I felt belittled and a bit upset because this isn't how you're supposed to treat and make your customers feel when we are employing their services for the time being. I mean doing a service for someone and not talking is fine, but don't try to make the customer feel stupid for not knowing answers to the things they are hiring a professional for. All in all, he got the job done by remounting a sink for us. All it costed us was $180.00. We do need to replace the heater so it will generate heat, but from this experience, I will definitely seek other help from a different business. I will also be removing him our list as ""Designated Plumber"".

Called CMC on a Saturday, and left a message. Chris called me back in 15 minutes and said he could come and look at our drain problem in about 30 minutes. He was there on time, and talked me through the potential problems and solutions, looking at the whole system. He fixed the issue and I was impressed with how careful he was with everything, and that he took time to explain in detail. Knowledgable and friendly local guy, good rates, available when I needed him, and he fixed it. Exactly what I was hoping for when I was looking for an expert -- happy to recommend CMC Plumbing for a great service.
