Very bad experience. Which is too bad, because they apparently are the only plumber that does warranty work on certain water heater brands (e.g., Kenmore). Didn't return my first call. When my wife got in touch, asked for us to get specific information from warranty company, which we did. Came out, talked to someone on phone but gave us no information. After several days, I called again, and was told that we hadn't gotten information they had demanded - though we'd gotten everything requested. Eventually gave up and bought a new water heater, rather than have these guys handle the warranty work. It was that frustrating.

Very thankful to have had Chris come by on such a short notice when we had an urgent plumbing issue! He was not only quick to respond to our phone call, but he was very honest about the work that had to get done and the price was reasonable. We are glad to have found a great plumbing company in our neighborhood.

Chris from C & M Plumbing has been great! I was in need of a licensed and experienced plumber to take over a project in East Sacramento. Chris was able to come the same day and start work quickly. Chris was very professional, hard working and took pride in his work.
