Carlos and Ben did a great emergency job for me by digging up and replacing my sewer line under the slab floor of my house. The crew worked very hard and worked well with the occupants and worked though the City of Vallejo permit hurdles. Their pricing was fair and competitive with other plumbing contractors as well. Carlos was very professional, always available via phone and was very nice, polite. He worked very well with my other contractors who were working on site too.

If im completely honest i was a bit skeptical while getting this company because im very picky when choosing plumbing companies especially because i didn't know too much about them. But man was i wrong they are a super friendly family owned business, that are just really hardworking people, they consider you as a client, and they have such good customer service. I think the guy that came out to do my water heater was Franklin and his brother Samuel and man did they do the job fast and efficient, while at the same time leaving their work like professionals. Super grateful to this company and honestly i wouldn't recommend another company other than them. For sure calling them next time.

Another wonderful job done by CM plumbing. They just left. I needed my waste disposal replaced and also in my bathroom, I had no hot water coming out of the hot water tap. They repaired both very efficiently and for a very fair price. Two. thumbs up. Thank you gents.

As property manager of River Bay Homes I have hired Carlos of CM Plumbing for the last three years for big and small jobs. We have always found him to be extremely honest, with the utmost professionalism. He is a very capable plumber. Carlos treats residents respectfully, always polite, very efficient, cleans up after his work, and able to work with people irritated by a plumbing situation. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. He always aims to please. He is also very respectful of pets and he understands they are a part of the family. His rates are fair and reasonable, and he will on occasion be willing to negotiate. We recently had an emergency water heater replacement for a tenant. Carlos was on site quickly and had the job done in a little over two hours. It was on the second floor which added a degree of difficulty and Carlos was still fast and efficient.
