C&M Plumbing is a great company!! they sent out an employee by the name of Jarrett that was so professional and courteous with the work he done at our family home. this young man displayed the best customer service and attention to detail while working. going forth for anything that my family/friends needs regarding services that this company supply i will be having them contact C&M Plumbing and asking specifically for Jarrett. C & M said yes to our septic job and we thought they had inspected the job. They determined we would need to hire soemone else to do all the plumbing. WE decided to not go with them and asked for our deposit back. They refunded the deposit less the credit card fee. There was no mention in any paperwork about said credit card fee. It is poor business not to return the whole deposit. The customer service was poor as it took us calling repeatedly to get answers.

Once again, C&M has come to my rescue. I called early this morning regarding a major water leak in a rental home and was initially told that they could get to it tomorrow morning. I was pleasantly surprised when the plumber called me a few hours later to say that he was at the property. He repaired the issue and educated my tenant regarding what she was doing that contributed to the issue so hopefully there will not be a recurrence. From Liz in the office to Robert the plumber, everyone was friendly, courteous & knowledgeable.

We have only loved it our home for 2 years and the hired C&M plumbing has been nothing but trouble. Our septic pump had to be replaced 3 days after move in due to improper installation. Now we have had constant issues they have put bandaids on through poor quality work. Not replacing items on the septic it needs, smearing glue to glue pipping back, and the list goes on and on. Now they refuse to come out to fix their issue never completely finished a month ago because we are 5 days over our 2 year warranty. Although one of the works told us we have 3 years but the company would never admit to that. I'm not sure what he meant by that but I intend to find out.

We had an issue with our septic tank. I called quite a few places and couldn't get anyone out here soon. I called C & M (Brocks) septic in Mount Olive,NC. They were able to get me some help fast. They came out the same day and within hours luckily for us. Both gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. Jamie Jones took the time to explain to us the problems that were caused were mostly due to wipes. Anyone who has children knows wipes are necessary. However, even if they say flushable, that's not a great idea. As Jamie told us, they may be bio-degradable, but it takes about 20years for that to happen in all reality. If you need someone to handle your septic issues, this company is decently priced for the quality and professionalism they provide. I could've gone cheaper, but wouldn't have had timely service and probably not as dependable. Thank you Jamie and other gentleman, we truly appreciate your help. The people handling the appointments and phone calls were friendly and professional as well. All around a great company.

I recently purchased a home about 2 1/2 years ago.I found out I had a water leak.I called C and M Plumbing they came out promptly.We searched to find the leak.It wasn't in the house which is great because my home is on slab.My plumber was DJ,whom I cannot say enough about.He was polite,well mannered and he smelled great!!!! He was awesome,awesome, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions,very patient with me.My leak was from the mainline to the house he fixed the line.He went above and beyond to give me peace of mind that I wouldn't be looking at a major plumbing situation.DJ later called me that evening around 7:30 to bestow a wonderful blessing on me.(I couldn't sleep the night before thinking this was going to be a major cost).He called and told me that they would be warranting the work that was done. I was truly blessed to have DJ as my Plumber and C and M as the company which did the original work to my home. I believe in karma and being a decent human,always doing for others no matter how small the deed.I truly believe this was my blessing and DJ was my blessing!! Thank you DJ,thank you C And M Plumbing!!!

We needed our septic tank pumped on a weekend. C&M responded and said they would be to our house in a couple of hours. We have a steep driveway and informed them of that. They said it would not be a problem. When they got to our house later than they predicted, they decided they were 'not comfortable' coming up the driveway. Pathetic.

I had a clog up drain and pipe leaking in my house, and I called them for a quote. They have really quick response and set an appointment for me ASAP.

When the plumber was here, I just need to tell him what's going on and the plumber already knows what to do and fix my problems really fast. Also they didn't over charging me at all.

I am so glad that I found them to fix my pipes and stuff. Highly recommend to people that needs plumber.
