Don't hesitate; just call them. We called 2 other services (who never called back), but when we called Carlos late on a Friday afternoon he answered right away. He came out on Sunday for no additional charge (!) to hydro-jet our old kitchen and bathroom lines that have given us trouble (slow draining and clogging) for many years. He was very professional and friendly, took the time to explain things, and was patient with our questions and concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and corrected bad information that we'd previously been given by other ""drain cleaning"" companies. His rates were very reasonable and we don't hesitate to highly recommend him. Great guy and stellar service!

If you ever have a drained clogged call Carlos, you can't ask for a more professional, honest, determined person to work with on a plumbing issue. We had a storm drain that a large plumbing contractor said that they had cleared only to test it after they left to find that it in fact had not been done. Carlos showed up as agreed, explained the issue and away he went. He successfully cleared the drain, ran a camera down the entire drain to look for any other spots of issue (even marked a couple of spots where we were having weeds go through the pipe that may be an issue in the future).

Carlos is now my go to guy for any drain issues.

CM Jetting successfully cleaned out a very complex system of blocked landscape and gutter drains. I have a large property and our drainage system was completely clogged due to roots, leaves, and neglect, almost flooding our house last winter.

He was able to clean it out in a day. Several pipes and perhaps over a hundred feet. I was thinking it would take two days and might be impossible. He saved me from having to excavate a lot of concrete. All the drains now drain perfectly.

Carlos is a real pro and knows his trade. He gave me a completely honest assessment of the problem and then went about and fixed it. He was careful to not damage anything. His pricing is very reasonable, and you have to consider that with the quality equipment he has, he gets the job done very efficiently, leading to more savings.

On top of all that, he is a wonderful guy. He listened patiently to what I had to say and communicated what he was going to do. A real pleasure to work with. No reason for me to search around when I need drain work (and how many of us have never needed that?) again.

Like everyone else here, totally agree that Carlos is the best. Came pretty late at night to help jet our clogged sewer line. A great worker, who knows his stuff, and a great guy as well. Communicates exactly what's going on and what the problem is, how to fix it and how to prevent it.
Don't get me wrong, I don't ever want to deal with sewer issues and the S*#$ that comes with it, but if I do he's the first and only person I'll be dealing with.

Carlos is the best. I got him recommended by a friend and I called him 2am in the morning. He answered and replied. Regardless our misunderstanding, I called him again in the morning at 8am to schedule for our emergency right away. He was so kind to move his 9am appointment in order to corporate with our grease trap company. I am really appreciate what he did for us today. Price is reasonable and better. He even got scratches on his hand with his hardworking. No complain!Many thanks!!! Go get him and you won't regret!

Unfortunately my experience with CM Jetting was not good. I called CM on a Thursday and left a message, no call back. Exactly a week later I called at 11:29am and spoke with Carlos. Told him a plumber recommended I have my line jetted and was looking for that service. We agreed on a price and I said sounds good let's do it. He said he was finishing a job and had another but would be at my place after that. It was my day off so I said I'll wait at home for him. As it was getting later in the day I text him ""did you want to reschedule for tomorrow since the sun is going down"". No response. I called the next morning and left a message saying ""I had an appointment yesterday, was hoping we could do it sometime today"". It's been 5 days and no call or text. I called another jetting company on yelp with great reviews and they said a plumber would be there between 11 an 1, they showed up exactly at 11 and did a wonderful job, was even cheaper. I'm not sure why a company thinks it's ok to make an appointment and have a customer wait for them and not even show, call or text. There was no miscommunication and he had my number, if there was an emergency a 5 second text would work. That's completely rude and disrespectful.

Am incredibly honest and kind human being is the owner of CM jetting services, Carlos! Truly knowledgeable and very helpful. He went out of his way to help us out with our plumbing needs and jetting services.
He had estimated the job over the phone at $350 but surprised us with a lower bill at $200.
He also educated us on what to WatchKit for!
Great service and he went out of his way to help us.

Carlos is awesome!! Quick, efficient, reasonable rate. I had a flooding problem due to a clogged storm drain and I needed help before the next storm hit!

Carols came out, he was personable and open to my many questions. He was friendly, and I was so impressed with him and his device. Dude was totally straight forward, no bs, got the job done and was affordable! I'm often ripped off due to my zip code and this dude was straight up honest and cool.

ABOVE WAS AS PER HUSBAND: I don't know how roots get into my drains, but I have total trust that he not only knew what to do but he was quick and efficient. I am often totally ripped off once service providers learn of my zip code. But this dude was honest and charged a fair fee. I'm so thankful he was able to come out and alleviate any potential for my room to flood again. I highly recommend him, and hubby says he is just a down to earth, honest dude!

Straight shooter! This man gets straight to the point, from cost to solutions. Priced it very fair and out beat competitors by price and class. Came first thing in the morning, on time, verified all concerns, and walked me through the entire process. He eased my concerns over the phone, solved my problems, saved me money, and schooled me all at the same time. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Carlos and I spoke on the telephone, as I described my problem to him he was very confident that he could clear the clogged plumbing line. The previous Contractor wanted me to spend $3800 digging up my Front
Yard. He explained that we had roots in the plumbing and that it was hopeless. When I described my problem to Carlos he gave me a much better price, and the solution did not involve digging up my entire front yard.

Carlos came over, ran a Camera down the drain and told us that there was a huge glut of grease in the line. He fired up the 80,000 BTU Water Heater that is installed on his rig (think commercial jacuzzi style water heater) and spent nearly two solid hours working the clogged line.

I think the Project may have been a bit more than he bargained for but Carlos honored his quote at the higher end of the price range he had given me.

I told Carlos that I had read of certain Plumbing Companies that come out to a residence and tell people that they have much bigger problems than they really actually have. Some of them even showing Home Owners film footage of terrible sewer problems from previous jobs and making the Home Owner believe that they are looking at footage of their own Plumbing Lines.

Carlos was almost apologetic about the way the Drain Repair Industry works explaining that many companies have huge commissioned based packages for their Plumbers, in other words the more they charge the more they make.

I have no problem paying for an item of value that I receive whether its Service or Goods. Hiring an Owner like Carlos and CM is the way to go whenever you can. I cannot recommend CM Jetting Services strongly enough. Top Notch Equipment, Top Notch Service, Honesty and Integrity. This is what you are getting with Carlos.
