Plumber showed up. I stated that I needed the copper water line adapted to fit a new refrigerator. Plumber refused to do the work. He said the line would hook up. I told him twice that the line needs to be adapted. I paid $125.00 for nothing. I had to call another plumbing company. He adapted the line and put a cut off valve on the line as well.

Dealt with Keith Colloms for almost a month, now. I contacted him about replacing my water heater, because ours is broken and producing little hot water. He kept saying that he would get around to replacing my water heater, and then I wouldn't hear from him for a few days. I'd call back, and he would have the same story: ""I'm really busy"" or ""I'm really short-handed"" and he would always end with the promise that he would get to me ASAP. This went on for a few weeks, with my husband and me suffering through cold showers and the inability to use our dishwasher. Since Keith seemed like a nice guy, I was very tolerant and patient, trying to cut him some slack. He never once said that he was unable to do the job or that I should find someone else. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt - I mean, doesn't his company want my business?

Well, my patience soon met its end. Last week, I called again because I hadn't heard anything from him, and he swore that he would do it on Friday. Originally, when we arranged for him to do the job, I specifically asked if I needed to be there, but he said no, since my water heater is in my crawl space. Great, because I work days and would have to take off to be there. Well, he calls me on Friday and says he is going to do the job but needs me to cut the breaker off to the water heater. Huh? I told him that I was at work and couldn't leave, and hadn't planned to be at home, since he'd told me I didn't need to be. He said that was fine, and PROMISED to be at my house Saturday morning between 8:30 AM and 9 AM. Saturdays are the only day I get to sleep in, but I really needed the water heater, so I agreed. I was desperate at this point.

Saturday morning comes. I drag myself out of bed at 8 in the morning so that I can wake up and be ready for when Keith showed up. 8:30 came and went. So did 9, and 9:30. At 10AM, I called his number, got no answer. I tried again around 10:30 and was sent straight to voicemail. By then, I was pissed. I'm usually an easy-going, understanding person, but not anymore. I left a voicemail, asking where he was, and was he even coming by. I said that if he couldn't do the job, he should have just told me so that I could have hired someone else to do it. I was basically in tears at this point. That was Saturday, and it's now Monday. I have never heard anything from the man and probably won't.

What I'm guessing is that my job wasn't good enough for him. It would have been nice to know that weeks ago, so my husband and I could have hired someone else. I'll never recommend this company to anyone and will ensure that everyone knows how horribly they treat people.
