I've had Jake help me out a few times now. Today he came to fix a gas leak caused by a construction worker. He immediately diagnosed it from a texted photo, was here within an hour, and repaired it right away. He pressure tested the leak to confirm it was just in one location. He turned back on all the gas appliances but I especially appreciate that, after I paid him but before he left, he said ""let's just confirm and check the hot water throughout the house to make certain everything is working properly."" He is very conscientious, thorough, and honest. I plan to use his services again for a yard hardscaping project. If you need a plumber or need to recommend one to friend or family, Jake's your guy!

Jake is great! I called him with a clogged kitchen sink that I suspected was going to be worse than just a clog, due to our house being old with lousy pipes. Jake showed up at 8 am and worked all day, replacing a sagging section of pipe under the house that was absolutely packed with gunk, added a cleanout pipe outside for access to that pipe, replaced a broken angle stop under the sink and a flimsy old hose bib, and installed a new garbage disposal. (Edit: forgot to mentioned replaced p trap and bad lines under the sink) Jake is a pro and wore a face covering the whole day. Great price for all the extra work he did too. Highly recommended!

Jake Grieve @ Clubs Plumbing replaced our tanked water heater with a tankless as well as did some plumbing work in our kitchen and two bathrooms.

I spoke on the phone with roughly 10 plumbing contractors for this job (sourced through Home Advisor, NextDoor, Yelp, and personal recommendations), and had 4 come out to my house to quote the work. The work included numerous plumbing tasks, largest of which was replacing our tanked water heater with a tankless. Jake was the best communicator throughout the quoting process - timely, clear, and consistent. He also was very easy to communicate with about these projects and how they fit into the overall project plan at my house, and was able to see the bigger picture and consider the order of operations, which was incredibly helpful for me as a homeowner trying to schedule and coordinate multiple types of work.

Once work was scheduled, Jake and his associate were punctual, hard-working (extremely), and I had exactly what we had agreed upon at the end of the two days. There were some hiccups (as is expected) but I was kept tightly in the loop and so never felt anything was sprung on us. They did not impact the timing of the work or the finished product - I am very happy with the end-product, and believe that Jake's understanding of the work involved as well as the bigger picture of the work I was doing at my home helped to make this a smooth process.

Jake will be the first plumber I call for my next job, big or small.

Jake came in to give a quote to replace my broke storage water heater with a tankless one. He was quick to assess the situation, and had a great demeanor that assured quality work. His quote came in later in the day and was very reasonably priced.
Jake knew we were without hot water and was very kind to fill us into his schedule ASAP. He and his crew worked quickly. They were also very respectful of the property, taking away the old water heater and cleaning up after themselves. I'd highly recommend him to friends and would call him back for any plumbing needs

I am very pleased with the job Jake Grieve, the owner of Utility (Clubs) Plumbing, performed fixing the leak and the slow drainage problem under my kitchen sink. He quickly identified the reason for the leak (the basket strainers had been incorrectly installed by a previous plumber) and reinstalled them the right way. He also replaced my rather narrow ABC drain lines with wider ones, thus allowing quicker drainage. In addition, Jake snaked the drain line and managed to open an extremely stubborn and painted-over clean out cap on an exterior wall, so he could run water through it, clearing out years of accumulated gunk.

Jake's demeanor is friendly, polite and professional. He is prompt and his charges are reasonable. He clearly cares about and stands by the quality of his work. I certainly will not hesitate to request his services in the future.
