Clovis Plumbing Services is operated in the most up-front and trustworthy manner I've encountered in a very long time. Tod takes the time to answer all your questions, explain everything thoroughly, and put the decision making back in the customer's hands! He even makes YouTube videos on-site summarizing the work performed. In addition to all this, he takes the time to educate the customer in ways that really help out an occasional DIY'er like myself.

I typically will not allow work to be performed on my property in my absence. However, with Tod Dale and Clovis Plumbing, they've earned my complete trust and confidence to do just that!

Called Todd early morning regarding a leak under the kitchen sink. He said he could be here in one hour. He and his daughter arrived exactly on time. Our garbage disposal was leaking and we needed a new one.
They were so extremely neat and organized. The job was complete in less than an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable.

You won't find a better plumbing team than that from Clovis Plumbing Services--courteous, professional, and skilled. I have never experienced this level of customer service, from the initial communication to the follow-up after the installation of a new water heater. They clearly take pride in using the best components available and doing the job right. Did I mention fast? Tod asked me to forward some pics of the installation area when I set up the appointment. This allowed him to show up with exactly what was needed, remove the old heater and install the new, and even thoroughly educate me as to the features and operation in less than 90 minutes! I have found my go-to plumbing specialists!

We strongly recommend Clovis Plumbing Services! We first called them for an estimate on some possibly extensive work and Tod was so honest and fair and actually recommended a much less expensive and intrusive plan. Imagine an honest guy looking out for the customer? You don't find that very often and it says a lot about his integrity. We next hired Tod and his daughter to install a new sink, toilet, shower fixture etc. They were prompt with call back and great with communication (I find this very unusual with home repairs). They showed up on times and not only showed up with masks but kept them on (also unusual) and that was important to us. The work was professional, quick and at the quoted (and fair) price. They were so friendly and we were very happy with the end result. We are looking forward to calling Tod for the next home plumbing project!
