So far they are a 5 in my book. I actually live in NY and find it very hard to find help on my rentals in the Valley. I found these folks on Yelp. They weren't able to help me but actually the person I spoke to went out of his way to refer me to someone that works on appliances which I found very nice. He actually sent me a text of the name of the company. This makes me miss Fresno!

Tod is a very friendly and honest man. He's very punctual, and to me, he seems to be a perfectionist. His price was very affordable. He installed a new water heater and ran into quite a bit of problems. My water heater's been leaking for a while and damage the top of it and some dry wall. The base that it was sitting on got a lot of damage too. He fixed all those things and made a new base. He knows his job well and explained what he did. He didn't even up his cost for the extra trouble. He kept the same quoted price. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I will be using him in the future and would highly recommend him. Unfortunately I had a leak in the main water line service coming into the home. I called Tod after talking to some other Plumbing services who did not inspire confidence and timeliness in getting out to the house. Tod came out the next day, located the source of the problem, fixed it appropriately and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend.

He not only did it quickly and efficiently but he explained both the problem and the repair. Also gave referrals for drywall repair since we had wet walls. Would both recommend and use again. Water heater broke.

Called a few places become stumbling onto Tod and found them unhelpful - no one had any available appointments or was particularly friendly.

Thankfully after calling Tod, he came by within the hour and was able to fix the problem on site in less than 30 minutes.

He was graceful, helpful and very knowledgable, and went out of his way to explain what happened.

It seems difficult to find quality, honest people in this field, and I am definitely never calling anyone else!

I will start off by saying I used Yelp to find the right company for my needs. Seeing the great reviews for CPS, I gave them a call. It was the best decision I could make! Tod responded to my phone call right away, listened intently to my needs, told me what he could do and not do for me and then set up my appointment. He was meticulous with the install and even took some time to show me an issue with my hot water heater that I can fix myself. Definitely recommend and will use again when needed!!
