We had a sewer back up from our shower drain. Cloverdale came out at 11pm and snaked the line removing several root intrusions that had created the blockage.
This cost around $700.
The plumber also scoped the line with a camera and informed us pipes were separating underneath our house.
This cost around $300
We had the sewage line foamed with root killer as well
This cost around $160
.....
The plumber proceeded to tell us that we needed to change our sewage and water plumbing throughout our house. Because we are on slab that would require them to tear down our bathrooms and kitchen to the studs and cut into our brand new wood floors and concrete slab throughout the entire house where the sewage plumbing traveled.
It was estimated to cost $60,000 - $100,000.
The plumber also suggested we put in two-way cleanout outside the house. We were quoted at $4400 for that.
we had our inspector take a look at the scoping video and he informed us we are fine and there's nothinig to do other than perhaps using root killer every 6 months.
We paid for another plumbing co to come scope the line and give us an opinion and said the same thing that we are fine and just use root killer / snake the line every 6-12 months.
ALSO the OTHER plumbing company found the two-way clean out that already exists on the property.
We appreciated the quick emergency call, felt the price was hefty but whatever. We did not appreciate the attempt for $4400 for a product we already had and $60k scare for work that other experts deemed unnecessary.

I have used them many times for various properties. They're always fair and trustworthy.

I had a hot water heater leak at 8 pm last Saturday. The emergency service technician arrived very quickly and got to work. He was here until midnight and did an excellent job. He worked in conjunction with disaster kleenup to stop the water and begin the restoration process. Thanks for the help

We had our toilet clogged for over a week and thought we would be able to buy a tool to get it unclogged ourselves; but when I was walking the neighborhood I saw the Cloverdale Plumbing van as the guys were leaving and asked if they wouldn't mind squeezing us in before they left the neighborhood. They came over right away and wore masks the whole time. It was less than a five minute job (they pulled out a toy my kids had thrown in!), so they did it for free! Very nice guys. We'll definitely use them going forward!

I called Cloverdale Plumbing to arrange for someone to come out and repair a drain pipe under a kitchen sink. The lady answering the phone was curt and dismissive told me the earliest was a week away. I expressed that I needed the repair done as soon as possible. Her remedy was to have a plumber come after hours and that would be $130 an hour service call. I called another company and they came out within an hour, at half the price. I would not call this company for anything. They do not live up to their company advertising and radio jingle.

The worst service I have ever received. Unauthorized work was done on my house. I called numerous times and spoke with Kenny, the owner, he promised he would get it resolved and call me back. Instead, 2.5 months passed and I left 10 messages and in an attempt to get this resolved I filed a report with the BBB. It turns out Kenny had decided to never call me back. Because he is a coward. Also, I had my entire house repiped and the pipe they ""repaired"" when they were here (in my crawl space which they never showed me a photo of as I asked) was not in fact repaired at all. They take advantage of women at home by themselves and overcharge when they do bad, unauthorized work.

PASS! They overcharged me and had no idea what they were doing. I ended up having to call a different plumbing company to fix the problem THEY CREATED.

Worst plumbing company in Boise. They do not know what they are doing. NEVER USE THEM! Apple plumbing all the way. They overcharge and scam the customer.

They overcharged me. They admitted this but didn't refund any money till we called back again. And then they told us that they billed us for the wrong kind of appointment. But only after multiple phone calls. And then they only refunded a small portion. They claimed it was a large job when it was a 25 minute fix in a bathroom that was simple and required no significant work. They will overcharge you if you're not careful. Don't trust them.

Had a soft water leak. Roughly 2.5 hours of work and parts were 150.00. When all was said and done it cost $400.00. The guy then tacked on another $65.00 to drive to our home which was 3 miles away! Rip off? Me thinks so.
