Completely dumbfounded how a company stays in business with the way they operate. We made an appointment with Clover to have our entire HVAC system re done. We weren't sure if we needed geo thermal or just a replacement with like/kind. The man, Anthony, arrived after they canceled three times, but he seemed to know what to do. We spent hours reviewing the job and he said he would come back with a good/better/best powerpoint. He said he would do an energy survey on the house, and we were eager to move forward. We just got a call saying he can't come, he has too many ""service calls"". Very odd, because we have a huge job here for the right company. Extremely unprofessional to send someone to waste our time. Cancel meetings and never even give us a quote! I would definitely NOT recommend this company, not reliable at all

I had a big complicated HVAC project and they handled it very well . After a year I feel confident in recommending them. Basically they were fast, reasonably priced and it works. Not much more to say.

Do not use this company, they came to my business, they were there for less than an hour, changed a low voltage transformer that cost less than $100 and charged me almost $900, I spoke to two other heating companies and they both told me I was ROBBED!!! I understand we all want to make a buck but that's highway robbery!!! Stay clear!!!

I was so happy with Anthony and his whole team. They did a big job on my old house in September of this year. They showed up in masks and respected space and distance, handling a difficult time with ease and kindness.

They were always on time, the communication was wonderful (with Anthony, and all of his staff), and when I changed my mind on something at the last minute they rolled with it. They were so neat, and friendly, and the job was done on time!

Once the job was completed Anthony followed up with me, unsolicited, to check on how it was all going.

The system runs smoothly, and I'm so pleased. I highly recommend these guys! Even in a pandemic!

Clover Comfort has been our preferred contractor for A/C maintenance, generator installation, HVAC installation and plumbing issues for five years. When we call Clover, we can be confident of quick service, trustworthiness, dependability and a job expertly done.

It can be nerve-wracking to have people you don't know working in your home, a place of safety for your family. Clover's employees have proven themselves honest, good people. We felt fully at ease leaving our home intermittently during the three week period Clover was installing new HVAC units. It was relieving to feel comfortable running errands as needed, without concern for the security of our home or belongings. On another occasion, we called Clover Comfort for emergency assistance with a broken pipe. We trust Clover so completely that we felt confident providing them with access to our home as we left for a cross-country trip.

For jobs that require permits, Anthony and those at the Clover office are knowledgeable and skilled in obtaining proper documentation. Hiring Clover, we can rest assured all legalities of jobs will be addressed quickly and thoroughly.

Clover's cleanliness during jobs is remarkable. Any time outside of hours that Clover was actively working at our home, the house was left immaculate. After hours, we joked that it felt as if there was no construction going on during the multi-week installation of a new HVAC system in our home. As parents of a toddler, it was incredibly helpful that Clover did not leave tools, equipment, drop cloths or dust when they left each night.

Don't hesitate in hiring this contractor. You may end up spending a little more than you would using another company, but Clover is well worth the cost. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Clover Comfort and would feel abundantly confident recommending Anthony and his team to close friends and family.

Do NOT use Clover for your A/C or heating needs. We enlisted their services four years ago and spent over $20k to install a complete ductless system, and it has NEVER worked properly. We are beyond frustrated since they have come out for ""repairs"" at least SIXTEEN times, and it has never been repaired! Anthony, the owner, initially listened (in the first year), but now will not even return our calls, despite us always being cordial and polite. We finally had to hire another local AC expert who came same-day and actually REPAIRED what were leaks due to improper installation from the very beginning! We were so incredibly disappointed, not only in the service level, but Anthony's lack of response or any offer for reparations. In fact, they only agreed to send someone after weeks of requests AND if we PRE-paid $150. This was ""still no guarantee of diagnosis nor repair."" Ultimately, after 16 visits from Clover, it never functioned properly. Yet, after ONE visit from Sila, it was repaired correctly and operates properly.

Big ripoff. We got a second opinion, and Clover appears to have grossly overcharged for a fairly basic job. Second person said the job should have cost about $250, and Clover wanted over $1000. BE CAREFUL.

I was a customer for 7 years and then in August after a visit from there technician to conduct the routine yearly maintenance they jacked my price up by over 50%. I was then quoted an estimate of additional work to be completed for over $3,000. When I asked for a breakdown of the work I got a visit from the owner who came to the meeting with no documentation whatsoever.
I got a second opinion from a plumber friend of mine and had some of the work completed for about 30% of the price they quoted. If this is how they treat a long term customer, then all they care about is the money.
I also found them to be quite argumentative and unprofessional when I wasn't going to have the said estimated work scheduled.
In my opinion stay away, I had no problem until I knew they were shafting me for work to be completed. They're a bunch of schisters who are extremely unprofessional.

I highly recommend Clover Comfort they were quick to diagnose my issue and get my house cool again on one of the hottest days this summer. We came home from vacation to our central AC not working at all. They actually got us in by the end of the day, got the AC working again by night time and by the next morning our AC was completely running as it does, keeping up with the crazy summer heatwave. Hoping I won't need them anytime soon, but if I do, I will be happy to call them!!!!

Hidden costs and staff unwilling to work with clients on smaller projects. When times get tough key staff members get angry and lash out.
