I had a leaky pipe that went to an outdoor spigot. I had a direct referral from a friend to Ian, who got back to me right away. He came out and fixed the leak, and help me out with some add-on toilet issues. Knowledgeable, professional, and very communicative. Thanks. I will use them again when needed. $250 for 30 minutes work. Still well worth it.

Ian has been our plumber for years for everyone in our family which includes replacing water heaters & toilets, replacing faucet systems and garbage disposals, and completely redoing our piping system.

Not only is Ian incredibly friendly but he always looks to give us price breaks where he can and his pricing is fairly reasonable compared to what we've seen from other plumbers. I couldn't recommend his services enough

I had an issue with my water heater and I called a bunch of places but when I called Ian, he seemed very knowledgeable and honest. Ian came to my house and I was so pleased with his honesty, he sat there and educated me on how the water heaters work and what generally goes wrong with them. It is hard to find a good trustworthy plumber because we have as lay people have no idea what is true or false. Ian's honesty really was the determining factor for me to do business with him. Everyone else who I spoke to jumped to conclusion and tried to tell me it would cost a substantial amount of money, however, Ian gave me the best and worst case scenario. Moreover, his pricing was very reasonable. If you are looking for a plumber, give Ian a call and you will see what I am talking about. Amazing customer service with impeccable knowledge! Finding a good reliable knowledgeable plumber always seems to be one of the hardest things. I've used George as a plumber for about 25 years, and now that his son Ian is working with him things are twice as good. The work is always done right the first time, there's no BS and unnecessary charges, and the price is fair. These guys work hard, are smart about how they go about things, have lots of practical experience, and are the absolute best at solving plumbing problems, whether it's a service call, new construction, or changes to old funky plumbing that previous plumbers messed up. Absolutely recommended as THE plumber to use to get the job done right

I hired George and Ian Sisino from Clout Plumbing to do some work in my master bathroom. After they finished the work on the shower, the shower head leaked when i finished showering. It took the guys over a week to come back. They fixed it, they said, but it was still leaking. When i told them it's leaking again, George told me that it cannot be true, and started to argue with me. This is what you get from these two morons - name calling from the old plumber, poor plumbing from the young guy.

Ian just did an outdoor drain repair job for us that was anything but fun. In the rain and up to his keister in mud otherwise we were going to flood out during the next storm. He brings an old school work ethic, shows up when he says he will and keeps you informed. Two thumbs up.

So friendly and fast! Ian helped me with my kitchen sink, it was really backed up and other plumbers were giving me crazy prices and I heard of Ian from Clout Plumbing and he came over and really helped me out with my sink and didn't feel cheated at all. Thank you so much Ian!

Awesome guys, quick and professional work, and by far the best prices in town. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I called them up for a seismic gas shutoff valve installation, which was needed for a house to pass escrow, and they gave me a far better price than the 10+ other contractors I called for quotes. They don't try to upsell you, they aren't trying to push state-of-the-art parts (many places get commissions from parts sales, and the parts are 4X the price of what is actually required).

They were friendly, full of great stories, and didn't bumble around. They even helped out with a few other gas related problems around the house, without needing separate quotes or setting another appointment.

I would recommend George and Ian for any projects you need done.

I don't often post reviews, but my experience with Clout Plumbing should be shared. The two owners, George and Ian are not only unprofessional but being called on their poor workmanship and lack of skill they copped a total attitude. I had to call another plumber after them to not only fix the original problem, but fix what they had further damaged. I wish I could give them ZERO stars, so I hope anyone who reads this will take heed and not use them.
