Lijin R.NEVER PICKS UP CALLS. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had requested for a service. The owner pick 1 out of 10 calls and when he picks up, he promises to call back with a quote. I waited for more than 2 weeks to get a quote. He refuses to call back or even bother to respond to voicemail. If anyone looking for some actual work to be done, never approach them.
We finally went with 'Benjamin Franklin Plumping'.
