We called and spoke with Mike (later learned he was the owner) as we had major backing up in a bathroom that was completely clogged and our washing machine started draining into our kitchen sink...YUCK! He schedule for next morning, came right on time, and diagnosed the problems. We were concerned this was due to our cast iron pipes, but Mike is a true seasoned pro and knew what we were dealing with was not the condition of our pipes (we were ready to pay several hundred dollars to have him investigate by video camera!) but Mike found the answer and cleared both issues within an hour! We hired Mike to fix our leaking toilet. He explained thoroughly what might the possible cause be, options to fix and executed the job very professionally. He even went above and beyond to check our gas water heater during his visit, because he sensed a gas smell and wanted to make sure that there isn't a leak that we're not aware of. Love it when contractors go the extra mile to make sure we're happy and safe. I'll def be calling Mike when we have plumbing needs in the future! Highly recommended!

He came out on a Saturday in under an hour to snake the main line and repair a toilet flange in my kid's bathroom that had flooded earlier that day. he was fast, professional, efficient, and fair!
