This is the second time I used Clog Hunter. The first time was October 2023, and now July 2024. Clog Hunter in both occasions was prompt in both response time and on the scheduled work day. As the owner is from Massachusetts, he had an excellent work ethic. He valued his workmanship. He is excellent job repairing all three of my toilets. He cleaned up after himself, too! In regard to cost, the price for the work performed was in-line with others. I have referred him to others, too! So, as this is my second time using him, I will, of course, use Clog Hunter again.

Another great job done by ClogHunters. A few months ago, I had a clogged drain in my shower, and I called ClogHunters. Mike did a great job, so when I had 2 bathroom sink drains to unclog I called ClogHunters again. I will say looking for a plumber you're know it's an issue lol. Well I needed a plumber for my tub for some odd reason it stopped draining. I tried to do it myself but nothing so I searched and found Clog Hunters and very attentive. I spoke with Mike and informed me of what all he does and what I needed done. Set an appointment quickly within 2 days and as of today the tub is drained. This was the best bucks spent. Bring a homeowner is amazing as long as you keep up the maintenance. I will recommend this company with awesome work and customer service.

The response was quick and he was able to fix the issue quickly. Wiping down/cleaning some of the water that came/splashed from the toilet off the shower glass and bathroom faucet would be my only thing from getting a 5 star.

Mike was fantastic! Not only did he give an accurate and VERY fair quote over the phone, but he was able to come to fix the issue with the kitchen sink at my parents' house within 2 hours on a Saturday. The job ended up being more involved and he did not charge any extra. We were going to put the sink back together and install a new garbage disposal ourselves, but Mike's price was so reasonable we had him take care of the entire job. Next day we had another emergency at my parents, this time with the toilet backing up and water all over the house (unrelated to the first issue), and again Mike was there within an hour. This was on a Sunday and he still charged an incredibly fair rate. Honest and gets the job done. Highly recommend!

I am so glad that I called cloghunters. Mike was quick to respond and gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone when I explained the job which was to installs washlet. He said he could come the next day in the afternoon. I was so glad after reading the great reviews. that morning he called to say he can be at my house in a 1/2 hr.
