When our main drainage line disintegrated due to tree roots, we immediately called our home warranty company and they sent Art out. He came within ours of our plumbing disaster and set everything right. Though it took a few days, and the job ended up being a pretty big one, Art communicated with us throughout and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of. The work he did is top-notch and throughout the process, we felt like we were in really good hands.

Art and Oswaldo came to my unit to evaluate my disposal. I was told my unit was old but could still be used.
Art demonstrated a method that could help to prolong the life of the appliance.
In addition, Art and Oswaldo put on a new toilet seat and lid for me i had purchased earlier without charge.

Our garbage disposal had stopped working and was leaking for months. I was too worried to call it in earlier because I worried about how long it would take to fix and what parts it would require but I worried needlessly!
Art is a fantastic repair man! He found that the disposal was not fixable and set me up with a new garbage disposal on the spot within 15 minutes (disclaimer: I went through my home warranty insurance). I can't tell you how much I appreciate the quick and professional work he's done for me. I highly recommend him for any problem you have! Thank you Art!!
