We have a motion Kohler kitchen faucet in our home. After 3 plumbing companies that came out and didn't know how to fix it, here comes Art today, from Clogg Masters Inc., and fixed it within 15 minutes. Very kind, courteous and clean! Thank you Art! I will also complete the review thru AHS!

I have never left a very negative review for any business on Yelp (even if I wasn't pleased with the service or product I received since I didn't want to publicly complain about small businesses), but there's a first time for everything. Cloggmasters was called by my home warranty insurance to my home to help me with a failing tankless water heater. After 3 or 4 visits they couldn't completely resolve the issue, and the next step they recommended was not covered by our home warranty insurance. At that point, I had to decide on making $700 of repairs on the unit or purchase a replacement for about $2,200.

I was disappointed at that point but it is what it is was my attitude. However, I asked to speak with their team a few times to help me understand why they were recommending repairs not covered by my home warranty insurance and to decide what to do next. Ultimately, I was leaning towards paying for them to install a totally new unit and I called to ask them to do the work. But before I could really say anything the person who returned my call said I was calling them too much and taking up too much of their time so I should find another plumber.

I understand that I probably asked a lot of questions, but when a $700 to $2200 expense comes out of nowhere, I can't help but ask a lot of questions. I guess they must work with a lot of folks who happily fork over a couple thousand dollars without asking too many questions.

Their inability to fix my water heater after several visits combined with this final unprofessional touch was a the straw that broke the camel's back for me, and here I am leaving a one star review on Yelp for the first time.

Do not hire this company to do work for you. If they are sent to you by your home warranty company and have no choice in the matter like me, good luck!! If you have any say in the matter, ask your home warranty to send another company if it's not too late.

It was April 1 - and a faucet that had been leaking forever took a turn for the worst. I called Art - and before I knew it, he was at our home. Given the Corona Virus situation, I was worried about having someone enter the house, but of course, Art and his assistant had masks and gloves, and were careful about everything. While they were there, I decided to ask about our two toilets which had minor problems that I thought might turn worse. Art could have easily sold me two new toilets, but he assured me that the problems were minor indeed and that the toilets didn't need to be repaired - let alone replaced. I really appreciated his honesty!

Called cloggmasters for toilet leak, Art came out and assessed the problem quickly and cane back with parts and finished job. They were nice fast and very professional will always call then for future plumbing issues.

I had a broken garbage disposal and American Home Shield sent Cloggmasters. Art, our serviceman was extremely professional. He identified the problem, and since we were going out of town the following morning, he picked up a replacement part and remedied the problem within a few hours. After having had an very negative experience with another company (Bear Plumbing) I will always use Cloggmasters from now and and will be sure to ask for Art.

Second plumber sent by AHS to investigate a leaking toilet. The first plumber tightened some bolts, flushed the toilet a few times and left. Needless to say the problem was not fixed and they did not respond to AHS asking them to come back. I demanded a new plumber on a Friday and Art came on Monday, listened to what we had observed, explained what he was doing, made some adjustments, fixed the problem and waited to see if it addressed the leak - which it did. He made sure to let us know that we should call if the leak came back so he could look into it further. Very pleased and would definitely approve of AHS assigning Art to address my next plumbing issue.

I literally do not understand the one person on Yelp who continues to give Cloggmasters a bad review. I am the harshest critic I know, and found Art and his team---particularly Osvaldo----to be outstanding. We just bought an old home and woke up one morning to exploding pipes. Water ---sewer!---was everywhere----we had to race to stay ahead of the flooding. Our wood floors had just been laid----we were facing a real disaster. We called Home Shield and they called Art at Cloggmasters. He came over---diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly and with incredible expertise. In fact, his diagnosis was in keeping with the home inspector's assessment, yet Art was not privy to that. Art's terrific team dug two deep trenches, pulled out decades of invasive tree roots, and re-laid new pipes. And the price was reasonable. Art is not just a plumbing specialist----he's also a contractor and knows how to keep all aspects of your home and property safe and in working order. And, he's a hell of a nice guy. Art's our plumber for life !

Came home from a trip to find my bathroom flooded. Water coming under door to new carpet. Called home warranty co. with whom I spoke for over an hour. Finally got her to acknowledge the emergency. Finally got an answer: a text that said someone would call in 24 hours to SCHEDULE an appt. By then my whole house would have flooded. They must have contacted Cloggmasters. Art was at my house in an hour. He stopped the leak. I guess warranty co. deserves a star for contacting them. Art even refused a tip. He was very professional. I would use them again.

Very professional. Art was helping me when my kitchen sprayer got jammed and I didn't have a sink for 2 weeks. He literally went out and researched the parts info and saved me about $500 from purchasing a new one. Art is amazing and got my issue fixed ASAP. Thank you!
