Art and his team saved the day!

Art is a super nice, yet straight forward plumber. I had a issue with my piping, and was bounced between two other companies before Art came and fixed it.

Cloggmasters is knowledgable, and quick. Art showed up 30 minutes after being called, and my complicated piping issue was solved within two hours. This includes him having to go the pick up new pipes.

I highly recommend Cloggmasters to anyone that needs help quick.

These guys really ARE the ""Clog Masters""! We have had a shower that has slow-drained for years b/c of a small toy that dropped down the drain. We've had dozens of plumbers out over the years and no one could get this toy out. Every one of them said we would need to open the ceiling, take apart the pipes, thousands of dollars of work. Had CloggMasters come out through our home warranty plan and they got this small toy out. After YEARS of being in there. They were also super professional, efficient, arrived on time, etc. I cannot say enough nice things about this company.

These guys were sent out by our home warranty company. From the moment they arrived they were rude. Walked into the house like they owned the place. Never covered their shoes. The guy who seemed to be in charge was dismissive of any questions and laughed whenever I expressed concern. The whole time they acted like they were doing me a favor and had somewhere more important to be. Then they tried to add 400% to the cost for all sorts of upgraded pipe work beyond fixing the problem I called them out for. I would not recommend them. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because ultimately they fixed the clog which is the bare minimum. Then there was the constant cigarette smoking and throwing them in the street...

Art was here quickly and didn't give up on the clog till it was fixed. I have always been skeptical of the vendors that our home warranty sends out, but I know these guys fixed an issue that a prior plumber couldn't. He also tried to fix it without having to do more work and costing us more, am very happy with the work!

The worst experience ever, They came to our house to clean the clogged water lines, within a few days we had the same problem. We called them to address the same problem , they refuse to listen or even to offer to come back to see their crappy work. instead they gave us bunch of excuses and tried to sell us some other services. I will never recommend this company to anybody .they have a awful customer service and they do not a good job. very disappointed.

It is not often that you call for a Plumber and have such a great experience as I had with Cloggmasters. My first experience was with backed-up plumbing in my bathroom. Art and his assistant came out and tried to clean the line out with no luck. Art then put a camera in the main line and showed me how it had eroded with holes and roots, I needed a new main line. They promptly arrived the next morning and replaced it in one day. Art is great to work with and does a superior job. They are also very reasonable with their pricing. Cloggmasters has been out several times since. They are the only Plumber that I will call and I always ask for Art. I highly recommend them, they are worth every star!

Just had Art at Clogg Masters come out as a Home Warranty call on one of my rental properties in Altadena. We've had LESS than stellar reviews to write about many of the providers who come via our Home Warranty company.

Art and Clogg Masters couldn't have been a better experience. Came to our house for a clogged plumbing issue. Service was quick, we got an accurate assessment of our problem via a camera that went down the plumbing situation, got a quick fix to our drama and a full description of the work that needed to be done in the future.

I'm looking forward to using Cloggmasters as my go-to plumber in the future.
