This company was the one who came to our house after I had a horrible experience with the first plumbing service that the home warranty company provided. Art, the plumber came, took a quick look at the clogged toilets, bathtubs and shower that had sewage sitting for 2 days now since the home warranty company is another nightmare to deal with! He said he couldn't do the clean out. He wants to charge us $1200-1500 instead to build a pipe from the front of our house. We said no cause we needed to think about it first. He left quickly. I called back the number on the invoice paper within 30 minutes, and this other guy answered and said that they are closed, even when the paper said they're open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Why are people trying to take advantage of bad situations and not help when help is really needed?!

Short story. Arman fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes.

Long story, I live in a condo and have American Home Shield as my home warranty program. My shower lost all water pressure and the building plumber happened to be inspecting my stack for another issue, along with an outside plumber. They said I'd have to have the water shut off and have a valve worked on. American Home Shield first sent Accent Plumbing to deal with the problem. They wanted the water shut off also. Building wanted copy of license and proof of insurance. They don't have a license!

Then they assigned it to Arsenal Plumbing. They REFUSED to send proof of insurance and license.

Finally, a month and a half into this, they sent Cloggmasters. Arman noted that the valve pulled in and out and had a minor problem. He fixed it in ten minutes and I have a shower! I'd say if you have American Home Shield you should ask for Cloggmasters!

I was referred to Art by my neighbor who said he was Awesome, and he was right! I had a leak that was going into my neighbors unit, and after assessing the problem (it took some time because the problem was more in depth than what we were expecting.) He was patient with me, explained the problem, and how to move forward to fix it. Art is a busy man, and I understand why. He does good work, is thorough, and fairly priced. Add to that Sona, who does all of the scheduling, is extremely friendly and efficient. She always gives me the heads up when Art is on the way. They follow all of the Covid-19 protocols, masks, booties, social distancing, trust-- I'm a stickler for it, and they had to come out to my unit about 3 times! I would highly recommend them!

Fidelity Home Warranty sent this company to repair a bathtub broken fixture. The repairman made up facts against my tenant that resulted in the claim being denied. The fixture is 30 years old and broke due to wear and tear. Instead the repairman said the fixture broke due to improper force. Despite several calls to the company to speak to the repairman and his supervisor, there has been no return call. I find this very unprofessional. What is the company hiding? Why are they so afraid to discuss this issue? This company clearly has no interest in repairs, but instead caters to insurance companies screwing their policy holders to save money. Do not agree to this vendor if assigned by an insurance company.

Excellent service! Came by to repair a rusty and leaky tub faucet. Was able to repair the 30 year old fixture with no access panel with no issue.

I don't recommend this company. They sent someone out to repair a running toilet and a week later it started again. I set up an appointment with them with a 3 hour window to come back but they never showed. When I called them they said they tried calling me but the phone never rang and there were no voice mails left. It's been a waste of time dealing with them and now I have to find another company through my home warranty that can fix this toilet and waste another day staying home.

I requested service through my home warranty company and pay $ 75.00 upfront for a service call. Unfortunately I was assigned with this company (Cloggmasters Inc.) to repair the leakage in the couple of facets.
The plumber showed up was very unprofessional and did not have any experience fixing the facets leakage. He was there for a short time, checked the facets and immediately says this will not be cover by your home warranty company.
Also he said all the facets require either breakage of wall or tiles to access the facets that owner will be responsible and he will give the quote for only the plumbing work after talking to his supervisor. Once he left my house, he never contacted me.

I am Not happy at all with this company and will never allow them to be assigned any work at my home in the future. I believe this company is only trying get the business and than telling the owner it is not covered by home warranty company and giving hefty bill to the owner.

I am contacting my home warranty company to delist them and also have a 2nd plumbing company assigned for my house repair without any more service charges to me.
Will never do business with them again.

Art was extremely kind and professional. He was timely and got the job done. I'd highly recommended this company - they immediately responded to my calls and came out within a few days of speaking to them. I'm overall very satisfied with their service and professionalism!
