My grandma had an appointment for Thursday. They called that night and said they were not going to be able to make it. They said they would be there Friday morning. Understandable. My dad and I went over at noon and noone came. We waited until 3:45pm and no call, no show. I then called with no answer and left a message. We have yet to hear anything. If you're not going to make it, atleast have the decency and respect to call your scheduled customer.

It is unfortunate that I have to give even one star but without it, i cannot post the following warning. I cannot comment on Colin because he was not sent on my project. Instead, I was sent Tammy G. Woolsey who held herself out as a handyman. Aside from the constant drama, the inability to do anything without her ""shadow"" buddy, who followed her like a puppy but did nothing, she took $500 from me to go get doors and knobs and disappeared without responding to numerous texts and emails for a week. We had to hire an alternative handyman to redo the few things she had attempted which set the project back more than a week. After repeated demands for the return of my money or the materials, I have not heard a word. I am now suing her. DON'T LET THIS PERSON IN YOUR HOME OR ON YOUR PROJECT!
