Finding an honest, ethical, talented plumber has been a challenge in the AV. I called to see if Brian could help me out with a small plumbing issue and get an estimate. He himself answered the phone, was able to come the same day, gave me a reasonable estimate, didn't charge me extra for where I live, called and gave me a 30 minute window. He was able to solve my issue so quickly he wasn't going to charge me but I insisted as he did make a call and solve my issue. He is the first plumber who has not tried to get the most out of this call or take advantage of the situation, he treated me like I think he would like his family to be treated. I am going to tell everyone on my block because we all need an honest, hard working, trust worthy, straight forward plumber who is really willing to help. I told him that I was desperate to find a good plumber and was surprised at all his great reviews. I asked, are they true?? He was very humble and thanked me. The reviews are true, please give this guy a call, he was very helpful, honest and will not rip you off. I am going to get my dishwasher changed, update both of my toilets, have my water heater flushed and call him in an emergency. Finally a great plumber in the AV and surrounding areas!
