I can't say enough good things about my experience. I messed around with a garbage disposal/dishwasher problem for two weeks trying to troubleshoot it myself. After reading a ton of good reviews on Nextdoor I finally gave up and messaged them in the middle of the night requesting an appt. Melody called me bright and early, Luis called me when she said he would, and got here when he said he would. He and his co-worker came in, asked a few questions, got right to work, explained my options, and done! I'm back in business! These are extremely pleasant people, with a good work ethic and they know what they're doing. This card is going on the refrigerator!

Water heater replacement. Called and asked to arrive earlier than originally scheduled. A definite plus. Have a guesstimated quote over the phone. Very efficient, polite. Would call again for any plumbing work needed done. Showers are definitely better with hotter water!

We have been having issues with our plumbing for the last 9 months. Over the course of that time, we have had 2 other plumbing companies and the city out to resolve the problem. After explaining these issues to Luis from Clogbusters, he and Robert came out and started working the problem. First, they found our clean out, which the city and 2 other plumbing companies could not locate. Second, they identified the root cause of our ongoing plumbing problems. Luis provided us with video and a written report of his findings. Once again, he was the first plumber to provide this. Third, he took care of the permit, repaired the underlying problem, and scheduled the inspection. When another unrelated plumbing problem arose, they came out again, identified the problem, and fixed it so it wouldn't happen again. My husband and I have found Clogbusters to be very knowledgable, honest, courteous, and responsive. The pricing was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber proficient in his field.

Well, I did get a call back. It wasn't too long of a wait. Was told a certain price to come out and then the cost would go towards the final bill. $125.00, on Saturday. But when I mentioned he would most likely have to go up on the roof. The cost jumped to 275.00 or $375.00. I forget which !! Can you imagine that? ?? Just to snake your kitchen sink drain ? Come on guys, So go to Home depot and rent a snake for 36.00 for 4 hrs. Oh bye the way, I forgot to mention it only took us less than an hour to totally complete the job and return it back to HD STORE ***

Had a water leak and called them at 2:00PM. They confirmed arrival for 4:00PM (same day) and they actually showed up at exactly 4:00PM. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable, clean and FAST. Highly recommend them.

Integrity! I called Clogbusters to fix what I thought was a clog. Within 2 minutes the technician properly diagnosed that the root problem was my septic tank, not a clog. I asked if he thought we should snake the pipes just in case, but he said no that he didn't want to waste my money. Did not charge me for coming out and actually suggested two different companies that I could contact for the septic tank. Sure enough the tank was full and pumping it resolved all issues. It's hard to find a company that you can trust nowadays. I will definitely call Clogbusters in the future and highly recommend them!
